Quickway quickway quickway….., you guys neeeed to do better when it comes to your portions. Today’s experience really upset me. I paid 3.95 for extra meat and when I got my plate it was the same portion as my sons plate. I take it back to the front and showed them the volume, then the server tells me that Its more in there and proceeds to count the pieces of meat on the side. I then asked if he pushed it down because that would make sense. He tells me ” no he didnt push it down ” so yeah, i was right. The portions varies, which simply means i may get more or I may get half. I’ve never been so taken advantage of in my life…… corporate if you see the difference please let me know. I highly suggest you send out a memo for alll stores to start using measuring tools for any extra portions added to to the meals. I noticed the last time the guy skimmed my woman’s portion and kept some meat on the side….. but she doesnt eat much so I didn’t say anything to them but this time, threw me over. I neverrrrrrrrrrrrr get upset….. but I paid extra to get the same portions….. doooooooooo betterrrrrrrrrr. I saw other order go out that I could tell the difference between theirs and my own..thats what upset me even more…….

I recently visited this location during my lunch break. I haven’t been here in a while, and I ordered the chicken and shrimp special with white rice and vegetables. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of my food. The vegetables tasted stale and were not cooked properly. The meat had a slimy texture, and one piece was so hard it felt like it could have cracked my tooth. The shrimp also tasted overcooked. I also noticed that the people preparing the food were not wearing gloves. I remember them wearing gloves in the past, though I could be mistaken. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I definitely won’t be returning.

The food is ok if you want a quick bite. There’s good amount of portions they provide. The soy sauce in the packet is so bland that it’s just like colored liquid with very little flavor. The tables are metal and felt like industrial type. The service was ok.

Ordered takeout from them. Wish I hadn’t. I’ve had hibachi ranging from great to not so great, still eaten it regardless, but this is downright *bad*. Like something’s really not right in the taste. Salmon tastes frozen and extremely fishy, like going bad – steak tastes foul, was chewy and gross. Afraid I’m gonna get food poisoning.

My first and last time at this location. The young ladies at the front store do not take this job serious. They messed up the order of lady the lady in front of me. After waiting long and the lady realized that her order was wrong. The cashier then proceed to stay yea I couldn’t hear. So now that lady had to wait for her correct order to be made. While not to long after my order was complete and I asked for my order and another young girl in the front packing the food in the bag told me no I can’t have my food until the lady in front me gets her order. Now everyone in the line was filling aware that a mistake was made and our food was just sitting out waiting for the cook to finish make the lady’s meal all over. I asked again for get my food as it will get cold just sitting there the staff was very disrespectful and dismissed and said no. I laughed it off has she was very unprofessional and it did not make any sense what she was saying. Later on as she finally decided to pack my food in the bag she Knowles try to leave out my part of my order and laughed when I brought it to her attention. I then asked for some duck sauce with my hand out she proceeded to by pass me and stick it in the bag. It was overall a horrible experience! I will not be spending my money here. The food was tasteless and the service was so poor. This is the young lady in the front. Keep in mind no one apologised to the lady in front of me for messing up her order and for the long wait. The rest of customers we forced to wait for them to correct (I mean cook a whole meal) before we can get our food which were already packed out and sitting on the counter top. They attitudes were just nasty. This was during the day not rush hour. Also a guy came from the back picking at his nose while customer were waiting to get their food packed in a bag. Never again!

First bite I took of the steamed rice, it was hard and uncooked. Then ate some chicken. Not the best. Lots of fatty and gross parts… Wouldn’t come again. And not to mention the spilled drinks and dead bugs on the floor.

I was very pleased with my visit. The spring rolls were deliciously crispy and not too greasy. I ordered tofu and it was very well prepared. It was fried without being overcooked and dry. It was also seasoned very well especially with teriyaki sauce and fresh green onions added! I ordered 3 different meals and waited approximately 15 minuted. Some of the tables were dirty, but I was relieved to see the cashier coming to wipe down the tables as I was leaving. I will definitely be back soon!

Came here as a first time customer to the chain. Food is very delicious, fresh, and presented well. I also had dumplings with my order, I think they were a tad overcooked and dry.

I stumbled over this place recently when my wife asked for a sandwich from next door. I love Hibachi, so, no brainer. The store is clean, food is cooked to order, and the service is fast. Prices are reasonable.
So far, I’ve been back twice and tried the Chicken and Tofu, not bad. The Chicken and Salmon, I do not recommend. I think the Salmon was a little too close to expiration. And last the Chicken and Beef, excellent.
The noodles are excellent, the cabbage and carrots cooked perfectly.
The one negative I have is the staff. They are a bit brusque.
So, net result is I learned how to cook it myself.
