I give my one star for the ease of ordering and the website. Maybe I’m spoiled by actual hibachi restaurants? The food looked pretty good upon opening the container. It smelled amazing too! My rice was still white under the tiny portion of fried rice. My noodles were over cooked, stiff, bland, and dry as EVER even with soy sauce. Some of my chicken was over cooked tremendously. Hard and crunchy. Although the portions are great with the exception of not enough rice, the quality of the food was bad. This was my first experience with them. Maybe I’ll go in to order next time and request fresh food?? I’d honestly rather go try the Hanabi Hibachi across the street before going back here. Maybe theirs will be a little better. I had high hopes for this place, so I’ll consider trying it again one day.. maybe.

Came to the restaurant for dinner and yes it was a little busy. My boyfriend was disappointed with the condition of the cleanliness. He let the young woman know and her response was that it was busy. I feel that when you are dealing with the public/food, your restaurant should have a designated person to make sure the establishment looks appealing. No excuses.

Very unprofessional! The very small Asian man at the cash register was not pleasant at all but he dropped the bottled water and didn’t even try to apologise and stand it upright. Next my order was almost $24 and Thank you in sight, he didn’t even look me in the eyes the entire transaction. Lastly my wife orders tofu and it’s always fried but this place steams it on their cooktop. Another one of those first & last visit places!

Theirs no way they should be charging $13 for this sad poke bowl. And $5 dollars for 3 funky azz shrimp.

Times are getting mighty ruff, first off they were short-handed. Then the wait was long and the food taste like left overs. Chicken burnt and the noodles were like the cheap ones for a dollar. This was the worst order I ever hand.
