I had a going away party for a friend. There were three couples here. One of them favors Pizza Hut. One of them favors dominoes. So I wanted to turn them on to Papa John’s in a big way. We ordered four different pizzas. We couldn’t tell which was which. The only one we could spot was the vegetarian pizza because it was the only one with thin crust. All of them had hardly any toppings. That’s why we couldn’t tell the pizzas apart. The thin crust pizza was burned, the other three were doughy. I was so embarrassed. Papa John’s has always been my favorite pizza. I don’t believe I’ll ever order from this location again. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the delivery guy was awesome.

The manager Andre Wilson is a jerk. Employees are incompetent and rude as well. It’s clearly a top down issue. I have ordered from this spot for ten years and not had an issue. Today, my pizza said delivered but it never even left their store. They asked me to come get it when I finally called them. When I said I wanted it delivered they said it would be 45 more minutes. I was not too happy with that, but I understand stuff happens. When I asked if the pizzas would be made fresh, the employee said no they would still be hot. I don’t want already over an hour old pizza an hour later. I talked to Andre the manager and he was not helpful, completely rude and dismissive. I will not use this location again. I’ll go pick up at the 66th branch. Andre Wilson is a joke, a jerk, and needs to be relieved of his duties.

This location is the best in the business. I am always impressed with the quality, their speed, and how wonderful the delivery guys are! We order from here all the time and we keep coming back bc of this! There are many chain pizza places to choose from near us but we are so loyal because of our experience. We’ve picked up pizzas, had them delivered, we’ve messed up orders and have needed to call in and change things. All around excellent everything. Special shout out to Joe and Rob who fixed our order last time when we accidentally ordered the pizzas 5 hours early (and wouldn’t be home to get the delivery!) I knew I needed to google review after that wonderful experience. (And so many others)

We just ordered pizza and bread sticks from store 0804 in Seminole. Phone number listed is not operational. The breadsticks were swimming in grease. One of the pizzas was supposed to be ham, mushroom, bacon, and pepperoni and the second pizza was supposed to be six cheese. The pizzas were thick like a loaf of italian bread The first pizza had barely any toppings and the ham was missing. Worst pizza experience ever. Will never order again. If I could give zero stars i would.

This was the best Papa John’s pizza I have ever had. The cheese layer was so perfect. The garlic knots were also soft and delicious. The only complaint was the parking lot wasn’t well lit.

Had an issue trying to place an online order for this location. Was about to order from a competitor but called the store. Bri (sp?) was quick to answer, listen, understand, and fix the problem above and beyond my expectations. Food got to my house incredibly quick. So hot I had to let it cool down.

Unfortunately, the lowest rating I can give is a one star papa John’s deserves much lower because they decided to team up with DoorDash so when you expect a pizza at 35 to 45 minutes it’s an hour and a half or longer doesn’t matter what they tell you when they email you a estimated time this is the third time this is happened one time the pizza never showed. I had to go pick it up. I learned my lesson dont order pizza for delivery !! After 8 Papa Johns employees are great. All they can do is apologize it’s not in their hands. Worst decision Papa John’s ever made
