I tried their special roll and it was really good. The flavors were well balanced, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The roll was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked. The staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back to try more items on the menu. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

We’ve been waiting for this place to open – especially the idea of having sushi minutes from our house. Finally ordered last night and it was great. We got three different kinds of sushi; spicy tuna, shrimp tempura and spicy dynamite. All were great – shrimp tempura was my favorite. We also got the Thai fried rice and pad thai – also good. My husband’s go to order for Thai is pad thai and he said it was better than our current go-to. The Thai fried rice was better as leftovers to me. I can’t wait to try some of my favorite Thai dishes and love the idea of being able to order a sushi roll as an appetizer – my dream as someone who loves Thai food and sushi. Our total was a little over $70 for four people plus at least two portions for leftovers including tip. Hope people try this restaurant so we can get it to stick around. Such amazing food here! Very friendly staff as well. We got the spring rolls, pho, mango tango roll and shrimp tempura roll. The food was very fresh. Everything was outstanding!

Excellent sushi restaurant! The quality of the fish was outstanding, very fresh and flavorful. The rolls were well-balanced, portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. Highly recommended for sushi lovers!

Absolutely Terrible. After placing an online order for takeout we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived after the 20 minutes was up and yet still waited there for 45 minutes waiting for our food to be done. My family and I were very excited to try the food considering the reviews were so great. I have been to multiple places that serve the same type of food and this was disgusting. We also were told over the phone it would be $120 and when we got there it for some reason $167. This is not okay. The mussel in the soup I ordered had a CRAB inside. I mean who wants to eat that? So gross and terribly dissatisfied. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Love this addition to Mahtomedi! We order from here one a week. So far we have had multiple dishes and they are all fantastic. Family favs are Orange Chicken, Pad Kra Praw, Pad Mango, Pad Thai, Pad Woo Sen and (of course) cream cheese wontons. The sushi travels well too. Haven’t had a chance to dine in but take out has been very smooth. Would recommend everyone try!

Outstanding!!! I don’t dine out frequently because it’s hard to find food I make as good or better myself. Also sick of same old Gluten Free options.
I ordered Pad Panang Curry. It was so delightfully flavorful and perfectly prepared. I caught myself stomping my feet and saying Yes! Yes! Yes! loud enough for others to notice. . I’d drive an hour to eat here but it’s only 10 minutes from Stillwater. They offer door dash. I’m looking forward to trying more of the menu! Not fancy, just fabulous!!!

Fantastic yellowtail sashimi, we don’t eat shellfish so the Queen roll was AMAZING. We also had the sesame chicken which was crispy to perfection and the Singapore street noodle had apple curry flavor and was not dry. Just an awesome meal and such sweet owners that Were so kind to our sushi eating kiddos.
