Hands down the best tacos in town. From the very first bite, we knew we had found something special. The tortillas were perfectly warm and soft, the fillings were incredibly flavorful, and every ingredient tasted fresh and authentic. Each taco was packed with bold, well-balanced flavors that kept us going back for more.
The drinks were just as impressive, nice and refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal. Whether you’re craving classic favorites or something a little more adventurous, this place absolutely delivers.
If you love amazing tacos and great drinks, do yourself a favor and check this spot out. We’ll definitely be back!

Authentic quality Mexican food in a cute outdoor setting in the heart of downtown. Drinks were extremely tasty and the price is well worth the food. Friendly staff and a great ambiance. We will be back. They use only fresh fruit and fresh ingredients. Fresh made everyday . 10 times better than the other local restaurants in our opinion, Just anywhere else .We highly recommend you come check them out if you’re in the downtown area.

We were running around town last Sunday and saw the sign for this place at 16th Street Mall. Haven’t been down here in a long time. We were greeted right away and taken to our table. Server was great and friendly. Food and drinks came quickly and everything was delicious. Cute place with a chill atmosphere. Family business that started with a food cart, then truck and now this lovely place. 16th Street Mall is undergoing a renovation and there’s not as much foot traffic as usual. Please, go check this place out.

Great place, went for brunch and we ordered the chilequiles with the steak it was flavorful a must try. We also had tortilla alamexicana.. big portion, if you are not an egg fan this is not your dish, the “tortilla” is the egg! Tried the carne asada fries, a little dry if you like a little wet highly suggest the side of green chile. It was perfect . Christian our waiter was the best –

The esquites and taco plate were awesome.. but the real star of the show was their red salsa! It has a spice that builds but at its core, it has such an amazing flavor.. 10/10!

If you want authentic Mexican food with an absolute professional manager, who is very people oriented this is a place to go. The food is amazing. The drinks are amazing. I love the atmosphere with the Spanish music. It is so nice and fits the ambience. I want to especially give a compliment to the manager Brian very very professional, and you can tell that the food in the service is because of his excellent And Careing personality. We will definitely be going back to Que Rico’s And it has became our favorite Mexican food eatery downtown denver I love the convenience how it’s right over by the Paramount theaters and the shopping district. I truly truly recommend this Mexican eatery to everyone, especially if you live downtown Denver or you’re just looking for an authentic meal without a very high price quality non-greasy food shout out to Que Rico’s

My husband and I recently visited a restaurant we spotted on TikTok. We started our evening by watching a movie upstairs, then came down to eat. For starters, we ordered an appetizer, for dinner he chose quesobirrias, and I went for a huarache. Unfortunately, the appetizer took a very long time to arrive. Just two minutes later, our main dishes were served, so we couldn’t really enjoy or finish our starters without risking our dinner getting cold.
The food itself was pretty good, and the customer service was friendly, but there were a few hiccups. Instead of my huarache, I received two sopes. I ate them anyway, thinking that might be how they prepare it, but the receipt clearly showed sopes. On top of that, they forgot to remove the bottom straw paper, which almost caused a choking hazard. Overall, the food was tasty, but the experience left a bit to be desired.

This place absolutely impressed me! This is my first time in Denver but being from Cali I didn’t think the Mexican food here would be great but wow! Que Rico’s food is authentic and really good! I got the green enchiladas and some quesabirria tacos and both dishes were really good very authentic tasting. For me this restaurant is a 10/10!

We had a delicious meal at Que Rico yesterday. We tried the salsa trio, quesibirra, elote, birra ramen, and fish tacos. Everything was great, including the spicy water. Service was excellent also!
