Food was very delicious. We had the choriqueso. The chorizo and pico de gallo was so good on the queso. My girlfriend had the birria tacos which were so flavorful and cooked perfectly. I had the steak and chicken fajitas which came out piping hot and full of flavor. We also had the strawberry margarita and the passion margarita which were both very tasty, perfect blend of sweetness and tequila. Service was attentive and the atmosphere was welcoming and uplifting.

Decided to take a stroll downtown and found this place. Food was outstanding! Was the 2nd Mexican restaurant I’d tried in the city and both were top-notch.

I was staying at a motel just around the corner from Que Bueno so I gave it a shot. I had Alambres, which was like beef fajitas with queso on top, with rice and beans and 3 home made flour tortillas. It was good and tasty but not near spicy enough for my pallette. I asked for Tapatio and the waiter turned me on to their hot homemade salsa. It was hot, smokey and spectacular and really brought the dish to life. I washed it down with Dos Equis Amber. I was the only diner in there, but it was early on a Tuesday evening. The wait staff was friendly, the food fast and we’ll prepared, Mexican music going in the background and it smelled and looked clean. I would definitely choose Que Bueno over the boring motel food.

The décor is very nice, and the staff if attentive and friendly. I met my daughter for lunch and I ordered the lunch special, 2 chicken tacos – hard shell with beans. The chicken did not have a lot of flavor. My daughter ordered the lunch steak fajita and she enjoyed it. If I go back, I will definitely try something different.

Cute little place uptown. Liked the decor and that it wasnt that busy. The waitress and waiter was kind and helpful with the menu and the tacos and drink was good. The rice and beans was bland. The menu prices were different than on the receipt. I see the cash price but when I added what was listed as cash price on the menu did not add up to the cash price on the receipt. Please change your menu prices to reflect the price you are charging. When I told the waitress she acted like she didnt understand, but I think she did and didnt want to be bothered with it.
Because of this I may not return, but this was a ok first experience.

Stop on a whim when in the area. Staff is great, restaurant is nice and cozy, and that is all the good I can say.
We ordered the enchiladas, and we got our food quickly. But the beef and chicken were very very dry. Even with the sauces on them, was still too dry to eat.
Had high hopes when we walked in, but the food was not anything we will try again.
