The Quarry Grounds cafe is so cool! They have a lot of cool items like marshmallows and coffee. We bought a marshmallow and some bags of coffee. They make it whole bean, but will grind it for you (they even asked us if we wanted it ground when we bought it). I ordered the dino nuggets and my partner ordered the cuban. The dino nuggets were nice, but they were a little expensive for what they were. My partner enjoyed his cuban and the Dirty Chips were really good (those are pre-packaged chips). We also ordered a drink that I forgot the name of- but it was beautiful and tasted great. We ate outside so that we could look over the quarry, and it was nice and quiet. Overall, we had a nice experience here!

If you like fresh ground coffee at a fair price you HAVE to stop in! I’ve tried a couple of their blends and have been pleased with the quality, freshness, taste and price. Fresh ground coffee is better. The food is tasty and definitely a fun part of the museum experience. Their emphasis on using local suppliers is such a refreshing policy. The staff are friendly and capable, check them out!

This coffee shop is in the museum entrance but open to the public. It was nice to sit in the cafe but there is also plenty of outdoor seating. The black coffee was a bit strong for my taste so we added a little creamer. I will be back!

They’re roasting coffee on site!! The cold brew coffee with vanilla and oat milk was an instant favorite of mine. Nothing better than enjoying a quick lunch on their veranda that overlooks a gorgeous quarry where you can dig for fossils.

Just took my four year-old son there to see the dinosaurs. It was a blast and so educational! When 2 o’clock came around I had to get my coffee. Everyone there is so nice and thotful. Coffee tastes and smells great

Coffee is just as great as the amazing staff, prices fair and the balcony overlooking the quarry is fantastic. I’ll stop by for a cuppa joe even if I’m not going in the museum that day
