2 Beverly Hills Private estate chefs getting some beach time in Rockport since CA…. Isn’t what it used to be.
I follow up this review with my wife who’s right behind in the reviews… Anyway, I agree, no spice therefore no flavor OF THAT NATURE , but great ingredients, quality meat, fresh produce and good flour tortillas. I think if you could add the option to put 2-3 diced fried jalapenos in there that burrito would take over the title of best burrito in South Padre! Great people, they take their time but it’s not fast food, it’s good food!!
PS, wrap your burritos in paper instead of foil, is cheaper & aluminum is toxic. For pick up it’s even better, paper wrapped with foil allows the burrito to sweat without getting too soggy/soft.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!the best migas in town, the eggs weren’t over cooked, not too many tortillas chips and just perfect amount of onions & peppers. OH and I forgot to mention the refried beans were fabulous too.

I’ve visited a few times now and the food quality has been fantastic. Flavorful, filling portions, and everything seems incredibly fresh. It’s clean and bright inside and the staff have been efficient and helpful. The only thing keeping this from being on my regular rotation is the pricing which is more than I would typically be comfortable paying for a quick lunch, but honestly seemed reasonable considering inflation this past year or so, and for the quality and portion. Check it out if you get a chance!

First time customer. I had a bit of trouble seeing it from the road but I’m sure glad I turned around and looked again. All the items looks delicious and I opted for the large Honey Bee Pollen smoothie. It was outstanding, smooth and creamy. Tasted wonderful. I’ve been told that the tacos are wonderful and that they are very large. The restaurant was clean and well-lit. Bathroom was very clean. I’ll definitely make this a regular stop. Mrs. Nunez has done a wonderful job on this restaurant.

My sister and I ate lunch here today. We had the fish tacos with cilantro lime rice. It was absolutely delicious. The green sauce was so so good.. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and the music was good too!

In an unassuming building for a place serving Mexican fare. This place serves more authentic style Mexican food than Tex-Mex. Upside: You can order by the item so you get pick exactly what you want, and as little or as much as you are hungry for. Service was good. The downside for me: The tacos were okay. I would rate the carnitas just a little over the grilled chicken. After reading the reviews, I was once again a little disappointed in the food as I have at other places. I have yet to find a Mexican food establishment in the Rockport area that I walked away from wanting to return in the near future but my search will continue. 2 tacos (as pictured) + a drink + tax was a little over 12 bucks. I would go back and try one of their breakfast items or a smoothies.

Food was great! I got 3 tacos – carnitas, steak, and the egg and sausage. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast taco as it was pretty bland, but the steak was great and the carnitas was excellent!! Husband got the pulled chicken and that was probably my favorite. Tacos were quite large, I was only able to eat 2, and the tortillas were incredible. Flour, but some of the best I’ve had. We’ll definitely be coming back here!
