Had a very tasty lunch here. They have a decent amount of outdoor seatings, which are not that comfortable but that is expected of this type of restaurant.

Bun was very good but the star of the show were the spring rolls. Had to order an extra portion of these after they just straight up disappeared within a few minutes.

One of the best pho experiences I’ve had!
Stopped by Quan Do near Hamburg Hauptbahnhof and was seriously impressed. I ordered the chicken pho, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had — rich broth, tender chicken, and super fresh herbs. The flavors were perfectly balanced and comforting. The place gets busy, but service is quick and efficient. If you’re near the station and craving authentic Vietnamese food, this is a must-visit!

I’ve been to many Vietnamese restaurants in Hamburg, but this place truly stands out for its taste, fair prices, and excellent service. I paid only €17 in total, including a drink, which is great value for the quality.

This place is popular, very busy. 10 minutes after opening and it’s full. I love Viet food but I was a bit disappointed. Chicken in Mango salad was dry and not particularly flavourful. Spring rolls were just ok, came with sweet chilli and not fish sauce. Pho was just a pass felt soup lacked depth. Coffee was good but mango coconut shake was lacking too. I had high hopes from the reviews but just didn’t live up to expectations for me. The building is lovely though

The pho here is not good. It tastes bland, plus they don’t give bean sprouts or Thai basil. Hoisin sauce is also not anywhere to be found. Service was not friendly, but also not unfriendly. The food is cheap and will fill you up.

I grew up eating Asian cuisines and I just spent 2 months in SE Asia. My Pho Ga (Chicken Pho) was on point; the broth was well flavored and the portion was perfect. This place serves some of the most popular Vietnamese dishes, I’m sure you’ll find something on their menu.

Good, friendly service for German standard.
The food is good.
Starters here are very tasty.
Spring rolls are very delicious.
Pho is also good. I prefer more toppings but they are yummy. It gets crowded fast, so you might have to line up a bit.

We arrived around 12:20 (place opens at 12) and within 10 minutes there was a line to eat!
Out of this world food for an amazing price. Would 100% recommend eating lunch here.

I visited this Vietnamese restaurant after reading its many positive online reviews, hoping to find a truly authentic bowl of Pho. Having lived in Hanoi for several years—where Pho was my daily breakfast—I had a clear expectation of what an original Hanoi-style Pho should taste like.

I arrived in the late afternoon when the restaurant was quiet with just a few guests. Service was rather slow; it took a while before my order was taken, and when it was, the experience was less than welcoming. The server, a young Asian woman, was reserved and barely exchanged a word with me before quickly leaving after taking my order.

My meal—Frühlingsrollen and Pho Bo—arrived after a 30-minute wait. Unfortunately, the Pho lacked the depth and authenticity I was looking for. While the dish was acceptable, it didn’t evoke the flavors or aroma of genuine Vietnamese Pho as I remember it from Hanoi. It felt more tailored to local tastes or perhaps to those unfamiliar with authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

One aspect that left a particularly negative impression was the difference in service. I observed the same server greeting white guests warmly, with a smile and a pleasant greeting—something noticeably absent in my own experience. As an Asian guest (though not Vietnamese, but from Southeast Asia), dining alone, this disparity was disappointing and gave the impression of a double standard.

If you have never visited Vietnam or are new to Vietnamese food, this restaurant may meet your expectations and you might enjoy what it offers. However, for anyone who has lived in Vietnam or has experienced truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this place will likely fall short. Personally, I cannot recommend it for those seeking an original taste or a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.

Very good food, the staff are friendly and attentive and helpful. The mango coconutmilk drink was delightful, big portion of Pho. And the mango salad was amazing.
