Deserves “0” stars. All because my son wanted McDonalds. We ordered at the kiosk and sat down. Some time goes by and it dawns on me that I haven’t even received a drink. So I proceed to the counter and stand there for another 5 minutes with no one asking me if I needed assistance. I finally asked did my order go through but it shows on my bank acct. The shift leader or whomever she was, walks over to a register then says, “your receipt got caught and I didn’t know what the order was”. Proceeds to recall my order to the back. Another 10 minutes go by and I walk back up to the counter. Tall guy asks if I received my shake or coffee. I tell him no and proceeds to make it. He made too much chocolate shake and gives it to a door dasher instead of accommodating me for my wait. I don’t think anybody wanted to work today. Service sucks. I still would’ve been waiting if I never got up. Common sense would’ve said for them to ask me what I ordered once their machine malfunctioned.

The service was terrible the lady was rude talking I went there at 7:45 on march 8th, 2025 through the drive thru. I had ask the lady to fill up my smoothie all the way and she lied saying that was the limit the machine gives it and she can’t do nothing about it, this is called I’m not getting what I paid for.

I placed an order for the number 7 the chicken nuggets meal. When I got to the window they rung me up incorrectly and when I brought it to the lady attention she was quick to say oh no you have to take it up with the person at the next window. RUDE. But the guy was nice to give me the food but forgot the sauce, didn’t apologize, didn’t fix the amount either. The milkshakes were more like just milk with whipped cream on top. Terrible service won’t be going back

Complete disaster this morning. Drive thru backed up and inside way to slow and nothing happening. Want you to order on kiosk and waited 15 min and no one came to collect my money. One lady had been there so long she wanted to cancel order but manager had them make her sandwich before she canceled. Unorganized everytime I come in there. I rather use owen drive because a hell of a lot faster. Get it together please.

We were stuck in the drive thru line for 25 minutes because they were only taking orders from the right side of the drive thru. We saw at least 10 cars on the right move ahead while we sat there with 1 car ahead of us. I understand places get busy but at least use the zipper system so that people aren’t just stuck sitting for nothing. We pulled into the parking lot at 2:45 and finally had an opening to pull away and leave at 1:11.

Very slow and unorganized. Waiting times are far to long. Need new management. Or just fire everyone and start over. This McDonald’s is now an off limits. Waste of time McDonald’s. Below McDonald’s asking me to contact them. Which is unless because they always ask for the store ID #. Which they say is on my receipt which no one keeps that long. Without it, it will not let you submit the form they send you a link too. Another fail by McDonald’s, I should just be able to put in address or when you go on Google maps to that MacDonald it should show ID# if that’s what they go by.

They got our food quickly to us and it seemed like whomever was making the food genuinely cared. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwhich with a large fry and the fries were perfectly salted, crispy, golden and mouth watering. However the sandwich confused me. I haven’t had MCdonalds in a few months and I hadn’t been to this specific one before but I know for a fact that I have never had a chicken sandwich taste that good before coming from a fast food business. Perfectly crunchy and tender, seasoned well, and the bun was just the right amount of plush and delectable to accommodate the chicken itself. I got it on a Saturday night at 11:30-11:45 p.m. so whoever was working the food back there, keep up the good work. You left someone extremely happy!

This is one of the rudest managers I have ever seen and this is not the first time this has happened. I ordered an iced coffee which is my favorite from McDonald’s it was terrible I asked for drizzle and extra liquid sugar I tasted it was terrible as if she didn’t put any sugar in it at all. I asked her if I can have some more sugar of course she was rude didn’t want to give it to me. I hear her tell her coworker that she wasn’t putting all that in no coffee.. then I asked her for some creamer she claimed that she didn’t have any.. even when I was in there this guy was waiting on his food at a table she tells him she had already called his number but he told her that he order food to eatin. she then tell him that she didn’t have any trays. He was there way before I was waiting for his food. He then had to get up and go get his food instead of her cleaning a tray for him to eat in… this girl is just darn rude.. you guys need to send her for some customer service and professionalism training.. I don’t know how she made manager they must have been short managers or something..

Every time I go here, they are out of stock or some machine is down. The employees are angry that I am even here and give a bad attitude. Its not everyone but they make McDonald’s look real bad.

Not a bad spot, but very unfriendly staff.
Pro:
– quick service even with a long line
– employee handing out food
Con:
– employee at the pay register
– outside is dirty. I saw people throwing their trash from their car into the bushes. While it isn’t the branch fault. The fact trash accumulated outside is sad.
– food was cold
This could have been a bad day since it was raining, will definitely give it another shot.
