Last night I decided to eat at your Applebee’s Location in Fort Payne, AL. It had been a while since going there. I had one of my worst experiences eating. I ordered your Double Burger with fries and a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad…no drinks and paid $25.59 not counting tip. What a mistake. This hamburger was not worth 12.00 dollars… little piece of lettuce…meat not cooked the way I asked.. one small pickle and a dime size sliver of red onion. No tomato or condiment on bun. Any fast food restaurant would have been better with less cost and faster service. Fries were cold and salad sub par. When I pay 25.59 for a meal this simple and with out drinks… I expect my monies worth. Applebee’s was known for their quality in the past… I’m afraid it has changed. I won’t be back.
