Only thing is I would’ve liked more crispy bacon. But the service was great. Our server shalini was quick and courteous. Got us our food and checked on us without interrupting our meal. Great time visiting with my dad for a meal!

Food was amazing, but service was slow due to being a holiday weekend, Valentíne’s Day. Pwrhapa having additional staff during busy rush hour may help.
Service has to be standarized so all customers received the same quality of service. Greeting, placing silverwear on table prior to customer arrival, offering water, taking drinks order prior to.food, offering appetizers if food will be a long wait.
Overall our server, Shalini, was amazing. I noticed other servers, however, lacked attention to detailed. One other server told a guest next to our table “you are not my client” when dropping off their food. That mentality is reflective of all staff work ethic and ownership of their teamwork ethic.
I would strongly recommend you consider training Shalini for a management level position as she has the potential to lead the restaurant.

I’d never been to this IHOP before, so I was pleasantly surprised. From outside it doesn’t look like much, but it’s quite nice inside. It was full (since my friend and I went at breakfast time) but we were seated right away and our waitress was attentive. We didn’t wait long for our food.
It was a little noisy for me, but to be expected at peak ours. Definitely kid friendly; hence the noise from next table over. But all in all I would go back. Lots to choose from on the menu. And several budget friendly items to pick from.

I’ve been coming to this IHOP since I was a little girl and I’m always greeted so warmly and the staff is so kind. Food tastes great as always, no complaints. The clean atmosphere is a plus as well. 🙂

This is the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. I went in the bathroom and the floors were sticky. I got it to go order and they didn’t give me any utensils. Or napkins. I had to go back in the restaurant to get the stuff I need it. My food was cold by the time I was ready to eat it. I will never come back to IHOP again. I’m going to Denny’s always.

The server brought out most of the food. My son didn’t get his toast for 20 minutes, my sons toast came as we were leaving! My toast was burnt. i scrapped the black burnt off, hash browns toasted dry! and my onions and mushrooms were burnt. Didn’t get drink re fills. See photos! I’ll never go back!

Ordered curbside, my order was ready and I checked in and waited 10 minutes before going inside and picking up myself. Got home and all our food was disgusting , my daughters pancake was falling apart, my husband’s burger had 0 flavor and the gravy for my biscuits and gravy had a nasty color and tasted old.

What made each and every one of these meals was the waitress named Kelly she was absolutely amazing and intended to everyone of our needs.
