Usually the food we order from here is great but today when ordering online I had to give a tip, which I think should be optional since I’m picking up my food and the restaurant was doing nothing extra that isn’t required by any restaurant ♀️ Secondly, clearly asked for no sour cream on the potato and it was all over it, tried to scrap it off and it was over cooked and hard on the outside. We received 1 small thing of ranch for all the wings we got, wings were dry. If you order from them check your food before you leave. I left a 2 dollar tip and that was to much !

Wife & I stopped by for dinner while out on the motorcycle. We were greeted & seated right away. It was pretty busy with March Maddness being on. Our server was fantastic! They have they best cheese curds ever, we always get those as appetizers.
Our dinner was fresh, hot & filling. We love this place, the best wings around!

Got sat in a back area, other server was cleaning the seemingly closed,adjacent station, all the time bitching about dollar wing night. Our server took a long time to first approach, took a long time for drinks…never got utensils let alone ANY NAPKINS before and after apps and wings delivered…We walked over to the side stand and took of that ourselves…..
Food was good yet service was poor. Also the cleaning/floor sweeping was constantly being done while we were in that area. Full bus tubs left on tables, no pre bussing taking place, am very disappointed on this occasion as your operations used to be top notch……sad for the decline in standards.

Honestly, best new (to us) restaurant my wife and I have tried. Friday’s are 5 dollar appetizer night and 1 dollar bone in night. The appetizers were fresh and hot. The wings were super tasty and juicy. It was super affordable. The ambiance of the place is cool as well.

Diamond was our server. She was inattentive. Lost our order. We had to ask another waitress for refills. All our food didn’t come out at the same time; and her excuse was she was ensuring the quality of our food…. Which came out cold. After we talked to the manager – whom was incredibly sorry and helpful – she avoided us; and was incredibly rude when giving us the check.
While the food was great, and it seemed other patrons were having a better experience – our visit here was far less than adequate – largely due to the service. My Father REFUSED to not give her a tip regardless if it was warranted

My son and I stopped in for a quick bite for lunch. After being seated for 15 minutes, I had to go to the front to ask if we had a waitress assigned to our table. I was told they shouldn’t have sat us there and instead of moving tables, someone ‘would be by’.
Five minutes later, as I was packing up to leave, someone came by to take our drink order.
We ordered food, which came out at a normal time. The boneless wings were overcooked and undersauced. The loaded fries looked like they had been sitting for a good 20 minutes under a heat lamp. My sons grilled cheese looked fine.
Overall, the only thing worth coming in for was the cool cars on the ceiling. At least the beer was cold.
Super disappointed, I doubt we come back.

Stopped in with my mother and daughter who is 3 for our first time being new to Colerain just moved here. It appeared we didn’t come in at the best time of day around 2:30. It was full of older men at the bar and mostly construction workers or men dining. There were 2 parties waiting ahead of us to be seated but there wasn’t a host. Finally some older guy with gold teeth came up and started sitting people. He sat us in a booth per my request. Once seated he told the bartender/server Shamyra. This didn’t go over well with her. She said “they’re gonna have to wait. You keep seating all my tables”.. that right there made me instantly uncomfortable. She’s also loud. So the host asks if he can get me drinks because I guess he felt bad, I just ordered a beer. Shamyra decided to begin getting orders from the two tables beside us, go behind the bar make drinks, mingle with guys at the bar and acted as if we weren’t even there. About 10 minutes go by and we start to pack up to leave for bw3s. It just doesn’t seem kid friendly even though it appears to be which is what we thought. A server Brianna walks over and says she’ll be helping us, we sit down and stay. Food was amazing! Wings are probably some of the best I’ve had! And the loaded magna fries were delicious! Brianna was so sweet, kind and helpful. We were told the other girl “gave” us to her because she was overwhelmed. She apologized for the wait in the beginning I told her thank you and I’m glad you were our server instead. More people started coming in, music got louder as the crowd grew. Shamyra took almost every one of the new tables. Brianna had about 3-4 out of about 12 tables, including the bar which had about 10 guests. My mother is white, I’m mixed. Almost everyone in this entire restaurant was Caucasian. But there’s black staff! Which is comforting to see! Not that it’s a problem but it made us wonder about the first server. Something we all see working in the food industry is the fear of not being tipped by mostly black customers. Oddly I don’t think shamyra realizes she’s a black woman with blonde braids and a very “white” accent. Unfortunately we won’t be back due to that environment but I’ll be getting take out for sure, very delicious food! We made sure to leave our beautiful server two tips! Also, I am a server at a steak house! Surprise!!

This restaurant ruined my fiancés college graduation dinner. I have NEVER left a 1 star review before because I run a business and know how things are but this is an event that is UNACCEPTABLE to mess up. She couldn’t even eat her food it was so nasty. Cold chicken. Old burrito wrap. My aunt had a steak that came out cold & the wrong temperature. The broccoli had ice chips on it, it was so frozen. The butter didn’t even melt on the potato because the potato was so cold. My cousins burger was made wrong. Everything was an absolute disaster and none of us will ever go back. The only bright spot was the server was an absolute gem. She was awesome and it wasn’t her fault. Everything was wrong in right but turned out a disaster. I had to get my fiancé MCDONALDS AFTER because her COLLEGE GRADUATION DINNER was so bad. A night that was supposed to be one you remember forever got ruined. Thanks Quaker steak we will never return and I’ll make sure no one else does.

It’s been a couple of years since we last visited this location and during this visit it was in need of a deep cleaning. The menus had a layer of filth on them and our table was sticky. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our wings came out fast and were cooked just right. The cocktail we ordered did not come in a Bar Jar as advertised on the menu. The cheap plastic patio chairs they have for their tables are incredibly uncomfortable. And when did chicken wings start being priced like seafood on the menu with market pricing?

The waitress that my family had was over the top amazing. It was her first day being by herself and she was very attentive and kind. Of course the food is always great! We chowed down on some traditional BBQ and garlic parmesan wings. My husband says that the garlic cheese curd burger is a great option to get as well!
