Delaney(SP?) our server was attentive, energetic, and fun. The food was very good, mozzarella sticks had a crispy breading and my steak sandwich had a pretty good roll. Motorsports-themed restaurant with lots of decorations to look at.

Great food, great service, three different games on at full volume was a bit overstimulating.

Never seen such poor service in a long time.

Order drinks and food after a ten minute wait at the table. Wings showed up after another 5 to 7 minutes…after another 10 minutes the burgers showed up. Still no drinks – asked where the drinks were. Got an “oh” – a few minutes later they arrived. My drink was about 75% full.

One of the burgers were made incorrectly and had to go back.

While we here watched similar issues with 2 other tables.

Nothing taken off bill for the mess – won’t be back. Champs is 100% better.

The location is great. There’s plenty of parking. It’s a very cool place for my kids to be. There are arcade games. There are lots of fun decorations. The family restroom has a changing table. The restrooms seemed clean. Our food tastes good. The people who worked there were nice and very helpful.

This place was pretty cool. Hadnt been to one before but saw it while driving through the area. Food was pretty good, no real complaints but the service was amazing. Rachael took care of us. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and just a pleasure to speak to. Made the experience great.

First time visiting Quaker Steak & Lube.
Atmosphere is excellent. Service is very good.
Food is excellent. Potato soup was very tasty.
My chicken 5 tenders were perfectly cooked and the bourbon sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and zing.
The bacon cheese burger was cooked as ordered and was very flavorful.
Emily, our server, was very attentive. She even took our order without the use of paper and pencil. Love that.
All in all, an excellent experience.
Definitely will return.

I believe 3 stars is poor. I would (if I could) rate it 3 and 1/2.

Our waitress was nice and knowledgeable.

The food was okay. My husband ordered his stake medium-rare and it was cooked well done. No pink at all.

My son’s fish and chips were too greasy. My boneless chicken was good. Soft and tasty.

Really cool decor and attention to detail. Great service, reasonable prices. The food is fantastic. Especially the boom boom shrimp! Great menu selection that wasn’t overwhelming. Can’t wait to try more of the menu!

We have visited several QSL locations throughout the years. SC is our closest location, and we have always enjoyed visiting. Almost always, we have good service and good food.

Service staff has always been attentive and friendly, and seeing the manager out and about on the floor is always good. It’s been the same man for as long as I can remember. He seems to care about staff and the customers.

The food has almost always been good, and any time we have had a complaint, it was minor and always fixed. Maybe a wrong sauce, forgotten item, etc. But it’s always been taken care of.

I think my one and only complaint is atmosphere, but mostly cleaning. The carpet is in dire need of replacement. Not even cleaning would help, at this point. The chairs…I hate the chairs. The booths seem okay but sometimes uncomfortable due to springs being broken, and often times, when sitting in a booth, you can see food splatters all over the wall or pictures. Having been here many times, it’s obviously not cleaned, as it’s the same food splatters that we’ve seen in the past. It just seems….dingy.

We will still visit, and hopefully, they will one day get a much needed refresh. Some day.

I was just so rudely treated by the person at the cash register I will never go to Quaker Steak and Rude again. I paid for my to go order and sat and waited. When I saw an order brought up I asked if that was mine. The person said “Back off”. I was standing at the counter. I asked for a manager and they just stood there. I had to go to the bar and ask for a manager from a friendly bar tender. When I spoke to a “Manager” they just stood there and stared at me. They never said a word. The rude person didnt even remember I had already paid. I don’t know what happened to them but they should never be rude to a customer over a simple question. Side note, Manager training needs work too.
