I wasn’t expecting much due to the other reviews but I wanted spicy broth and decided to give this place a try. BOY, I WAS NOT and I repeat NOT DISAPPOINTED. I opt to make my own ramen and got udon noodles with the spicy broth, boy chop and eggs. Everything was fresh and delish. It was also spicy that my nose ran towards the end and I’m Caribbean I love spicy food so it hit the spot. My bf got the Que special or signature haha can’t remember the name of it but it was also really really good. He never drinks the broth and in this case he did! I tried some of his and I enjoyed it too. Definitely give it a try. Compare to the many ramen spots I’ve been to, this one, especially since it’s mall food was really good. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely go!

The bubble tea is good! The food is awful (miso ramen was just terrible and chicken katsu don is very dry). Just get the bubble tea. Skip the food. Quite a long wait but I imagine that was because we ordered food. They were out of the taro milk tea when I went.

Not a bad place to have ramen. Not the most authentic ramen, but decent enough for a food court store. The place is nicely decorated too.

I guess I shouldn’t really expect much out of a ramen bar in a mall that made my order in 2 mins but the tonkotsu meat was cold in the broth, the broth was bland, and the noodles were bland.

Decent service and food, but not worth the price unfortunately. We spent around $50 for noodles (+ Ramune soda and one appetizer) that were very thin. The takoyaki was good, but most patrons only ordered bubble tea–so maybe that would have been a better option. The miso broth had too little flavor and the signature ramen had too much flavor. Very hit or miss.

Great bubble and fruit tea options, recommend the lychee green tea with jelly, has real lychee fruit inside!

Ordered a pork katsu don and what I got was extremely dry and jerky like pork katsu with fresh breading. Rice was obviously a day or two old, not fresh. Miso soup was ok. Disappointing for a 14 dollar dish. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Dish was dry. Did not come with advertised sauce. When asked, the 12 year old clerk said it’s extra and cash only. He was like a deer in headlights.

Food was terrible. I tried a build your own ramen with wavy noodles. I am a vegetarian and the noodles smell and tasted like fish. If given a choice, I wouldn’t put even one star for the food!! A friend later went to ask for extra sauce and the staff was not receptive to the request. DONOT GO HERE!
