I ordered a take out order here yesterday. I have never been to this qdoba before ever. I walked up to the door and it said “online orders only” so since I put in an online order I tried opening the door and it was locked. I was confused as the other doors are under another business name so I tried calling. The young man who answered was incredibly rude. I kindly explained to him that I put in an online order and that I am unsure of where I am supposed to go. He rudely answered “the door” I replied “Which door? I’m confused” he again rudely and more loud this time said “the door!!!!!!!” Finally he came an opened the door for me and huffed and puffed as he walked behind the counter. It’s not my fault that the directions aren’t more clear and that you are short staffed. Not my fault. I am spending my hard earned money and to be treated like that was completely wrong. As long as that dude it working at your establishment I will never be back. Just in absolute awe that someone treated me that badly when I’m spending my money. Like literally just crazy I’ve never been treated like that in my life while spending money. Needless to say I WILL NEVER RETURN. You need to hire people that actually want to work instead of people who are scaring your customers and therefore YOUR money away. I can tell be other reviews that I am not the only one with this type of experience. And the food wasn’t even worth the long wait! It tastes terrible. After that employee being rude I should of just asked for my money back. Seriously why a waste of my time and hard earned money.

Came in and was greeted as I walked through the door. A gentlemen in a black shirt was the first to greet and help me. He guided me through the process as it’s been years since I last came to this store. I had a bad experience in the past at this location, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted walking in this time. The place was clean, the food was fresh, and the astomphere was comfortable and felt good. Thank you to the gentleman that helped me you have won me back! I will be returning and I hope your working next time I come for lunch.

It took 30 minutes from the moment we walked in the door till when we left, with only 3 people in front of us!!! They had to lock the door to prevent more people coming in because the guy serving was so lethargic, he moved like molasses, cold molasses that is! They did not have any fajitas ready and the tension in the place was palpable, not only for us in the queue but those waiting for pickup, and the one poor guy that was trying to get out the phone orders. Sorry, but if you’re in a hurry, you’d do better at cooking your own meal than going to this place. We will not be returning.

The customer service wasn’t great. One of the guys working there seemed miserable and like he didn’t want to be there and not very friendly at all. The portion sizes are insanely small, especially for the prices. I asked for guacamole and got maybe half a tablespoon. Even after finishing my meal, I was still hungry.

Overall, it felt like Qdoba is basically a Chipotle, but with worse food and much smaller portions. I think I’ll just drive a little farther and go to Chipotle next time.

We used Qudoba to cater a baby shower today for 35 people at our home. Marina showed up, set up the serving trays, was on time professional. The food was excellent we had lots of leftovers and everybody was impressed with the food and service. Highly recommend and will use them again .

Fast-casual Qdoba offers an array of grilled and fresh vegetables, and options of pinto and black beans. Top your meal with fresh guacamole, and salsas. Grilled steak and chicken are excellent, also Impossible-made vegetarian substitutes. Waits can be long with call-in orders, so be patient with staff and you’ll be rewarded with nutrient-dense tasty food!

I ordered food to go last week, the girl packed my burrito at the bottom then packed the mini bowl on top… Right next to the soda in the same bag. I was pretty upset when I opened my bag and my burrito was smashed, my mini bowl had exploded all over, and my drink was warm…. I could not believe the amount of “I don’t care” that went into this. Cold food, slow service, I used to work at Qdoba and this doesn’t meet any standard I’ve ever worked at.

The employees seem miserable and Uber eats has ruined qdoba. Neither employee acknowledged any of the customers and just continued to make one to go order after another. We left after waiting a while because it was clear they didn’t want our business.

We arrived at 1130am and had to wait for the employees to set up the work area, chairs were still on tables, soda counter was not stocked, dirty tables with chairs up. The 2 guys were NOT friendly and were too busy doing to go order instead of helping customers in front of them. Boxes on the floor by order counter. Pretty disappointing lunch visit

Let me start by saying that generally I love the food from Qdoba. Imagine my surprise when I walked into the Spokane location to see what looked like a small lake had formed on the floor. The entire area was dotted with puddles of various sizes.

I didn’t let this dampen my spirits too much and continued to order my Qdoba favorites. However, the staff member assembling my meal and handling the register seemed as if he’d find watching paint dry more engaging.

The food was as good as always, but the state of the facility and the lackluster customer service left a lot to be desired. To whoever is managing this location: it might be time to check in on your team’s morale. They’re drowning over here!
