Only giving 5 stars because of how Noah handled my issue. I ordered online and asked for extra sauce, come to find out I got a soup bowl. Beans and rice floating to the top and nearly leaking to the sides. Immediately after letting Noah know, he offered to make a new one no questions asked. 5 star review because that’s how you handle a customer complaint.

I’ve grown up having quoba on special occasions. I always loved it and had great experiences.. however. Me and my brother went to go a couple months ago and pulled on the door and although they were open the door was locked. A lady that worked there opened the door and said “oh I threw up on the line so we closed the door but we could do online for you” we left after than and were honestly appalled that they even said that. I get being sick and stuff happens, but you never want to tell that to customers. Not the companies fault, but highly unprofessional and unpleasant for an employee to say. That made us completely turned off by this place. Again this happened months ago and are still thinking about this. We haven’t been back or even thought about it because of this incident.

On Thursday, April 6th, 2023 I arrived at this location to find it busy. The restaurant is clean and the employees are busy filling customers orders. When I first arrived I used the restroom. I found toilet paper on the floor. It’s to be expected as customers are sometimes dirty themselves. I got in line to order and I ordered a cheese quesadilla with sour cream. I sat down to enjoy my food. I’m noticing that It’s nice to see a line almost out the door. I came from Tacoma to use my $5 coupon I received from T-Mobile Tuesdays. My order was $8.75 with $5 off it came down to $3.75 for a total of $4.13. Very good savings. Thanks T-Mobile and Qdoba for a pleasant first time experience. I’ll return!

Walked in, and there was one other person in the lobby. I got the limited time shrimp meal. It was overpriced for the amount of food received. The citrus overpowers everything else. That was our first and last time there.
