I have never had Qdoba before but recently got an offer thanks to T-mobile Tuesdays so decided to try them out for the first time while my boyfriend was eager to try them again after several years. It also doesn’t help that there are a lot of locations around us but luckily this location isn’t too far from us.
As we walked in, I was amazed by how big the space was and I really enjoyed the warm colors presented from the interior designing. The ambiance was a warm and inviting one and when we got closer to the ordering area, we were greeted warmly. We looked to see what we wanted but for the most part the menu is easy to understand and follow. We both got a build your own bowl, I got the citrus lime shrimp while he got the grilled adobo chicken. The employee who assembled our bowl was polite and ensured that we got a good amount of the different ingredients we wanted in our bowl. I am usually hesitant when ordering shrimp from a chain establishment but the shrimp was cooked well and paired well with my bowl. My boyfriend told me that the food was just as good as he remembered and the chicken was delicious. The mango salsa was really good and I’m glad I got to try it out as it is a limited time menu offering. The fountain drink area and utensils station was well managed and stocked. I love that each table had two different Cholula bottles. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely worth checking out. Their reward program seems great for frequent customers as well! Additionally, they have a dog friendly outdoor patio.

Qdoba is a go to a Mexican restaurant for affordable tasty burritos and their queso is really unbeatable, but the service was less than desirable at this Auburn location . The lady that took my order put about five beans on my burrito and then when I asked for more, she acted like I was taking those out of her paycheck or her back pocket. Both servers just seem angry like they didn’t wanna be there or asking for things on our food was an inconvenience for them. Food tasted great solid environment and experience. Just wish the people making the food didn’t seem like they just got broken up with.
Update : 814/2025. All the staff was much more friendly and I think they redeem their selves. Not sure if they end out Percocet or if they fired the grumpy, but it was much better experience going through the line where it didn’t feel like I was asking for things out of their pocket.

The service would be less than one star if possible. The staff needs training on what the ingredients are in the food they serve. I have a food allergy and when I asked what the the ingredients were so I would know if it is safe to order I was told to look it up on the website and then was told they were not allowed to share the ingredients that is in the food. Sorry this is the dumbest response that would be given.

The manager at this place is a horrible person very rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customer’s in short ordered three things a bowl/tacos/nachos and was told to go to register to pay when other employee was checking me out I noticed nachos weren’t on it and told him about it manager rudely said you have to get in back of line to order nachos when I ordered them in the first place, manager was very rude if she had politely said you’re going to have to get back in line I would have please teach your employees about how to have manners and treat people with respect

We tried Qdoba for the first time on April 3rd. After just a few bites into eating my husband bit down on something hard and sharp, he immediately spit it out and ended up find this piece of GLASS. I immediately called Qdoba and the woman who I spoke to gave me attitude the whole time, apologized but didn’t seem sincere and told me all she can do is write my name down for 2 free entrees and let her manager know in the morning but it did not seem like it was a big deal to her. This was very upsetting and scary because we were sharing our food with our one year old!!!

QDO-WOW…. That’s how QDOBA made me feel the last two times I’ve gone. I thought the first time was a fluke so I waited till time number 2 to post my review and I was not disappointed. The staff are super great and friendly and the food taste along with presentation was yummy.

The food is really good. The prices are not. $12-$16 for a burrito. That is way to much for any burrito. Their prices across the board are to high.
