I honestly for about Qdoba. I was reminded how it’s better than Chilplote . Fresh food , very clean restaurant. Only complaint is it was mostly onions in the fajita veggies but free guac and queso, worth the drive . Great menu selection very customizable! I hear Ryan Reynolds’s agrees that it’s better than the competition as well .

I’ve been having lunch here at this spot for years. Always clean, always fast, and always the best service. Santiago even remembers my order and asks me, “the usual?” his close attention to customers is very rare! i come in about twice a month, and over time he made an effort to remember what i ordered to make ordering faster and easier for me. thanks, santiago!

This Qdoba store is one of the best. Troy the GM provides excellent customer service. Antonia and Chago always serve me with a smile. When there is no one in line they are constantly working making fresh guac or pico and filling orders.

Never ate here before, but instantly loyal.
Had tacos, a sampling of most all meat flavors, and after I tasted the queso that Q is apparently known for, completely smothered them in it.
I have a – very – picky 6 year old who didn’t eat his food as the meat was “too spicy,” and what stood out here, is that when my partner when up to get a cheese quesadilla, the (I’m assuming) manager covered it, and it was ready in around 2 mins.
It was -very- kind, and he tried refusing the tip. She left one anyway 🙂

I really enjoy qdoba. The bowls arent as stacked as Chipotle but they are far better. The meat is so much better. I habe the worst luck with tendons and fatty chucks with Chipotle but I never have that problem woth qdoba. Plus adding guacamole queso on the bowl and a small bag of chips is no change.

$11 for this? The burrito was no more than 4 inches long.
I always order the same 3 things in my burrito: steak burrito, white rice, and guac. That’s it.
I hate how inconsistent my burritos come out every. single. time. I always let them know at the beginning of placing my order that I will only be putting only 3 things in my burrito with the hopes that they give me a consistent and substantial burrito.
But look at this. Sometimes I get a regular sized burrito, but most times my burrito comes out smaller than my husbands. I’m over it, and paying $11 for THIS specific burrito was the last straw.
I hope one day for their sake they figure out that, yes, even a 3 ingredient burrito should be the same size as a 7 ingredient burrito.

I placed an order through the QDOBA app 30 minutes before my lunch break. The app showed my food as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted the store (the only option provided for a missing order) and spoke to several employees. One man said he would call me back but never did. Others told me they had no record of my order, even when I provided the details.
The staff I spoke with were unhelpful and rude, and in the end simply told me there was nothing they could do—even though I ordered directly through the QDOBA app. When I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to for reference, he refused and ignored me on the phone.
This was a very frustrating experience and a complete lack of customer service.
