First time visiting this Einstein Bros at Riverside Plaza and it was a 10/10 experience!
The Tasty Turkey sandwich was delicious and the ingredients were very fresh. I also tried the Pomegranate Refresher; it was a bit sweet for me personally, but still good. I also a had the shortbread cookie which was fresh and not to sweet.
What really stood out was the 10/10 customer service. Clean, friendly, and highly recommended.

5+ years ago I used to love going to get a bagel sandwich and a hot cup of coffee with their hazelnut creamer they’d have out. But now it just doesn’t seem to be the same. The food doesn’t seem to have flavor other than the bagel. I’d like my eggs to have some kind of salt and pepper at least. And of course it’s more expensive now than it was before. Still a good treat here and there.

Waited 20 minutes for 4 toasted bagels with cream cheese. My wife and I smelled like smokey toast by the time we got back in our car. Took the bagels to share with family and when we arrived they said we smelled smokey. Good food.. long wait. Had to go back home to shower and change so I didn’t smell like I’d been camping.

I was very disappointed with this location, my family loves bagels so I signed up and created an account to be a regular however my 1st online order was a disaster. I do not understand how you can place your order 1 hour ahead of time and pay for the order ahead of time only to get there and be told they ran out?? so paying ahead means nothing if someone else walks in you still sell what I paid for?? staff was friendly but that doesn’t resolve the issue. very disappointed won’t be going back.

Visited this entity on 1.3.25. As I walked in, one agent was vacuuming & one behind the counter. The line grew the one vacuuming came to help did NOT washed her hands, she only removed her ONE glove and started taking orders.
I was next, and I asked her to wash her hands, and she refused. She merely took off the second gloves and used a thin piece of paper, and proceeded to pick out donuts.

The bagels just didn’t quite taste as good as I remember, im sure everything was fresh but it just didn’t taste great. Service was great the employees were friendly

Advertise they are open till 2. It is 10:30am as I am writing this review and their doors are locked. Employees are in there just standing around inside doing nothing looking back at you like your stupid for trying to come in. This has happen multiple times when I have gone to this location.
