Buying bagels for the work crews to say thanks for their hard work. The bagels were fresh, soft, and tasty. And for New Mexico, Einstein does a passable job as a NY deli. So everything is good in the bagel and schmear department. Tried to order online the day prior, but that option was not available. Tried to call in the order and was told I had to come in the next morning and make the purchase. Showed up when they opened, started the order, and then was told they could only fill half the order because it would wipe out their inventory and have to bake more. Being able to place a big order a day ahead would of solved that problem. Eventually we we’re able to work everything out and the whole order was filled. Thanks to the manager and baker for making it happen. Please add an online order option.

We’ve been buying bagels for years at various locations of Einstein bagel. We generally order a couple of dozen bagels to go asking that they’d be sliced. Frequently when you pick them up they aren’t sliced.

Feels like this location is about to close down permanently. No tables out, all stacked in the corner, felt like the peak of Covid. Though I was still asked if I wanted it “for here or to go?”. Where do you expect me to sit? The ground? Also, coffee was completely out. And there seemed no urgency to refill them even though I already paid for my coffee. All the workers appeared to be teenagers, which is fine, but who is managing this store? Definitely not coming back to this location. So weird and unsettling.

Used to go to Einstein a lot but they don’t take cash..not everyone has a debit card or money on it but i always have cash.. now that i do i get online at 7 am 5-19-23 to order and the website says they are open but ordering online said this location was closed. Even tried calling and no one answered how sad is that!

I had to walk out . Only 2 people working. There were many people waiting to order and receive their orders. I overheard people asking for stuff like coffee and other things. And they were told they have not been able to make them yet. They were open for a couple of hours and still had no items available.

Just went there today for the first time and had a Nova Lox and a Cookies ‘n Cream Shmearful. The Cookies ‘n cream are good for bites. I would definitely go back to try more things and for the Nova Lox! That salmon was gooood!

3.5 stars. I go about once every week. Staff is really nice. however they mess up my sandwich a lot and I don’t realize until I get home. It’s just three ingredients (sausage, egg and cheese) and they always forget one. One time they forgot the meat so I went back and they made the sandwich again but forgot the egg… Went today and they once again forgot the egg. Sausage egg and cheese… That’s it. How do you forget an ingredient? Other than that they are pretty decent.
