Was hoping to have a nice dine in experience after a long drive home and Was instead met with impatience and attitude. The 2 girls working the food line didn’t ask if we wanted dine in or take out and basically ran us through the line with minimal time to think and made us feel pushed out of an almost empty restaurant. Mind you there was no else in line behind my husband and I so we thought it would be a more relaxed experience. While the food was good, everything else was not.

I love Qdoba but this location is the worst food place i have ever been. When you walk in it has a promotion to scan to download the app you get free chips and queso so I did that, then I ordered 2 burritos with extra meat. Soooo I paid and realized my bill was like 65$ so I asked for a receipt and the lady charged me 10$ twice for the chips and queso, she then refunded me but I got home with no chips,queso or extra meat. I called to tell them and they basically told me I was dumb cuz my bad I should have been watching them. Very rude and btw the girl making the burritos was so skittish that we wanted extra meat she was shaking sooo bad alll the meat fell out the spoon before it hit the burrito. So now I’m home eating a burrito with no meat just sour cream and guacamole, and no queso with my chips and they aren’t even willing to give me the queso. So my Advise is never asked for double meat or scan the QR code for free queso and chips

Love this place, great for a quick, tasty, and filling lunch. Opted to skip the rice and beans and enjoyed a very good bowl with chicken, queso, veggies, guacamole, and cheese.

About everything you’d want from a build-a-burrito or bowl place. The large windows are pretty nice to look out of when dining in.
I’ve had good service, but nothing above and beyond. Prices are creeping up, but aren’t outrageous. Their meat scoops are somewhat generous and in my experience the burrito is so large it’s hard for them to roll which could be a bad thing for some people.
Their parking lot is bad… Who designed that? Really

I lived in the area but jus recently try Qdoba is literally like Chipotle you build your Own Burrito or Burrito Bowl fresh ingredients and customizable food very tasty if you like spice try Habanero Salsa is really good

I understand that customer service isn’t always easy I get it but there’s a limit to how you service people my experience was horrible I showed the lady my order she was playing games with me and lied and said my order wasn’t here it was somewhere else after I just showed here the proof the order was in a different name and I told her the name she was still lying and said it wasn’t there when I’m literally looking at it right front of my face and she kept asking if I was door dashing or Uber I told no multiple times I told her that my boyfriend was the one the who ordered and asked who my was boyfriend was I told the name and still kept lying she knew I wasn’t gonna give up and she finally gave me the order but through at me. That’s not cool at all!! Like I said I worked in customer service before it’s never perfect but there’s also right and wrong. And my order was saggy.

I ordered online and have been waiting for 30 minutes, but my order still hasn’t been prepared. I went inside to check, and there were seven employees, yet no one seemed to care. The restaurant was empty, no customers, and zero traffic, yet the employees were just sitting around, listless.
It’s completely irresponsible and disrespectful that a place with so many employees still can’t prepare my order!
What does it mean to treat customers so poorly and so seriously? I’ve been humiliated with my money, my time stolen!
Businesses like this should be shut down.

I like the food but the past two visits have left me frustrated and disappointed in the service and quality. If this was a mini burrito bowl I would not take exception, but when you can see even the cilantro over the rim of the bowl why do they even bother with a dome lid. I even committed to the girl serving me that there was not much rice or beans, she just moved on with what I wanted next on my bowl. I rarely treat myself to fast food I had hoped for my normal experience and to have myself 2 meals for my money. That’s not happening this time. I think in the future I’ll just go to the local taco truck and save myself the disappointment. The time before this when they didn’t have the meat choice I wanted (steak) they offered me chicken and when I said no I had wanted steak the kid serving me threw what was to be my dinner in the trash and just rang up the rest of my order. I have difficulty speaking when I get flustered due to previous brain injury, trying to speak out in the moment doesn’t work out well for me, and the staff certainly are not patient when it comes to me trying to speak even if it’s just asking for what I want on my burrito bowl. They are just out right rude when I pause for more than 5 seconds in an attempt to express my frustation or even order a second item.
