Honestly I would give it a zero if I could. My wife and I haven’t ate here in a long time because the last time we did my wife got extremely ill. This place got shut down for a while because of how bad the quality was. Everyone’s been telling me lately that it’s a lot better so we decided to try it again yesterday. Huge mistake. Both of us got violently ill just a few hours after eating. I was only able to eat a couple bites of my food because it had melted through the styrofoam and contaminated it. I ordered a loaded hash brown and my wife ordered a chicken club. Her styrofoam wasn’t even melted and she also got sick. Apparently there was only two employees working yesterday so I’m not really blaming them, I’m sure they were both tired. I’ve worked in restaurants plenty of times and I just wanted to say it’s not hard to serve safe food. This place does not need to be open because they’ve proven to us time and time again they’re not able to serve safe food. I’m extremely disappointed and I will not be returning to this establishment. I advise anyone thinking about eating here to just go to Kimball and eat at Waffle House. I reached out to the restaurant through the app and haven’t received a comment yet. I’ll update my review once they respond to me.

We have been home sick with the flu and weren’t able to attend any of our family functions or make food for ourselves. We went by here yesterday evening on Christmas and came home with my husband’s food melting through Styrofoam and had to throw it away. When we pulled up, the girl in the kitchen had a tik tok hoodie on, no apron, no gloves, and was texting. I ordered a chicken club blt and it literally tasted worse than a McChicken, there was no bacon or tomato on it. My husband had bacon on his so I know they had it. My chicken was barely cooked through and it had just lettuce, mayo, and cheese on it. The hashbrown casserole I got was off as well. Understanding it’s Christmas and there were two girls holding down the place and people walking out apparently before we got there, this definitely falls on management. You can’t serve steaming hot gravy melting through non food safe Styrofoam. It was the kind you get from the dollar tree and could have seriously injured us before we even ate the contaminated food. Imagine if you had served that to an elderly person, with hot gravy melting through the container and bag, you’d have a lawsuit on your hands. I didn’t even care about taste, knowing we both have been sick. I just wanted a hot meal. Having to run to the bathroom before I even finish because it isn’t being handled safely is ridiculous. Please just don’t be open on Christmas or ever if you can’t serve people safe food to eat. It’s likely that if someone is coming to your establishment on Christmas, they could probably use an edible meal at least. I got sick before finishing my meal back before they got reopened under new mgmt and decided to give it another try this time. Unfortunately your restaurant will not do well unless you retain competent employees or management. You can’t completely fault the employees that showed up to work on Christmas and used the stuff they had while being understaffed all day. The speedy cafe at the gas station has better standards than this.

I stopped by Huddle House recently, and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor — you can really tell they take pride in what they serve. I ordered the Big House Breakfast, and everything from the fluffy pancakes to the perfectly cooked eggs was spot on.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. They kept my coffee cup full and checked in just the right amount without hovering. The place had that cozy, small-town diner atmosphere that’s hard to find these days.
Whether you’re stopping in for a quick meal or just need a comfortable spot to relax and eat, I highly recommend this Huddle House. Great people, great food, and great prices — can’t ask for more than that!

I have been traveling for a few months with my fiancé all throught the South and we stumbled upon a spot in Jasper, TN called Huddle House. We had never heard of this place before and were skeptical but when I say AMAZING. Oh my goodness. Everything was plated so pefectly and tasted amazing. The manager Nyasha who was also our server was very friendly and made us feel right at home, as well as the Malaysia coming out to greet us and making sure everything was cooked to our liking. We will definitely be back to visit on our way back home. 🙂

I used to go to huddle house every morning for coffee and my classic breakfast. At first it was a lil chaotic when they reopened back up but I can definitely say after new management took over it have been less chaotic. The wait time for food have gotten a lot better , The store is a lot cleaner , and the staff are exceptional. The servers are happy to be at work and happy to serve the customers. Jacie is one of my favorites she is always so sweet and always have a smile on her face. The manager is always helping everyone and very attentive. Not only do they treat the customers like family , they treat each other like family.

I go to huddle house 2/3 times a week for breakfast. It’s always fresh and hot and served with a smile. I enjoy my coffee and get my morning started. I highly recommend stopping by and enjoying a good breakfast or a quick lunch or dinner option.
