Absolutely horrible service. The guys who work here need training in the basic skills needed to maintain a place of business. No customer service skills at all. We asked for a couple of bowls and to his surprise (?) they were out of the veggies, which is a larger part of the bowl fillings. He inferred that we’d have to do without as ” it’ll be a while before we can cook those “. We said we’d wait and come back since the veggies are part of what makes the bowl a complete meal. We took a seat and waited about 10 minutes and when we went back to order again, nothing was said to us as to know if they were yet prepared. I had to ask if the veggies were cooking, and one of the clerks spoke to me as if I was being scolded to say, ” I have to clean these grills first and then I’ll cook them”. Unbelievable. Dirty grills and they dont keep up to replenish the ingredients? We were patient and polite and they treat as as if its unreasonable for us to ask to have all the the ingredients prepared for us to place our order ?? The worst part was their apathy and lack of any kind of problem solving skills. We were treated as if it was our problem that we wanted the veggies. This no way to treat military families or any part of the customers who try to bring them business. They already had a low rating before I added mine. Seems the management must not be aware . How long will this substandard business be allowed to keep their contract here ?

Weakest portions ever. If you want rice, you’ll have to ask for extra, extra rice, because dude will try to give you barely a tablespoon. Tortillas seemed stale too, and gave the wrong salsa. Burrito was horribly wrapped, but, with those weak portions, wasn’t much to be wrapped. Came out looking a bit bigger than a baseball, but a bit smaller than a softball.

Second visit. GREAT veggies bowl. Can’t beat $7 price for overflowing fresh veggies, salsa, avocado.
Even better we asked them to not put the plastic top on. We had our own forks…their bowl is sturdy nonplastic cardboard.
This was the best tasting, healthiest, least wasteful lunch in a month of restaurant travels!!!@ Thanks!!

No crispy taco shells, no tortilla soup, ground beef was disgusting, very unfriendly staff, soft tacos were thrown together with little pride nor care…totally ruined my Qdoba experiences of the past. Will never return to this location.
