Coming in tonight the staff was smashed with pick up orders and walk ins. They were clearly feeling the pressure, but handled it very well. They were helpful and nice and watching them handle all the orders coming in was amazing. If their boss sees this you had a great crew there tonight but they definitely could of used some extra hands.

Shoutout to the 11th Ave Qdoba for their hospitality! Every time i go there, the manager and employees always greet me and the other guests with a smile and welcoming energy. It truly is a breath of fresh air to walk in there and see bright smiling faces every single time.
Thank you to whomever is the manager there because you’re clearly doing a great job and its evident your employees enjoy working there as well. Keep it up, other restaurants and hospitality work places (not just Qdoba) could really learn a thing or two from you!

Food was old and the tips of my steak were burnt or the food sat out in the tray all day before I was served. I did manage to finish my food so it wasn’t a complete waste.
The restaurant’s lobby was pretty messy. To note: mainly around the drink station. Some tables nearby looked to be in rough shape. Food and debris littered the tops and floors. Not sure how busy they were before I arrived. The only customer in the restaurant was a mother with kids and I (not associated).
The staff was friendly and attentive.

Im not usually one to complain but My family and I love Qdoba, so we were pretty disappointed when we got our bowls this time literally 1/2 served. My daughters share a bowl with just steak and rice… and I could count how many grains of rice they were served…
