Horrible McDonald’s…….they have a bunch of kids working there that don’t want to work and just want to fool around. Very disappointing. A McDonald hamburger should NOT be burnt. And I asked for extra onions and there were NONE!!!!!Fries were cold and the bottom of the barrel because they were all short, little, and hard. I will NEVER go to this McDonald’s ever again and I DON’T recommend it. HEY MCDONALD’S START LOOKING AT YOUR CAMERAS AT NIGHT!!!!!!!

This is McDonald’s is off of South Cleveland road I wouldn’t go anywhere else they have a brand new general manager they are young girl and she makes sure that that food comes out looking like you see it on television and it tastes just as good and I’ve already spoken to personally management about her gave her her name and I hate to see that it’s a little farther than the crappy one that’s down the street from me but I’ll tell you what I’m down off of Bayshore road here in North Fort Myers and as soon as that Wawa opens up they’re going to have one hell of a competition so they better get their act together cuz that McDonald’s over there off of Bayshore road sucks.

The place looked like a disaster area! And as a walk in customer the service was extremely slow. Then to top it off no matter what mcdonalds I go to I always order a senior coffee and get a refill… this store would not do the refill. I won’t come back to this store, it’s too chaotic and not worth the effort. Lots of other places to choose from.

I ordered food through mc Donald’s app a picked items based on which items come with monopoly pieces . This is the second time I didn’t get the game pieces. I asked and they said they do not have them any more yet my sandwich container has one and the game is not over until November 2. This dont feel right I will try a diffent location.

I order the same coffee everyday from a different McDonald’s this one was 1/2 the size and $1 more. The people were rude and talking to each other when coming over the drive thru speaker. I’ve been a retail manger and owner my whole life. This place needs help!

Ordered dine-in at 10:26am and had to walk up to the counter at 10:43am to find out where it was. Two employees walked past me before the third asked if I needed help. Ended up getting a 20 min old McMuffin but a fresh hashbrown. The lady apologized but it would be nice if her manager acknowledged anything.

Worst McDonald’s in Ft. Myers. Took them 25 minutes of my food sitting on the slide to get my order put in a damn bag. The manager (dreadlock guy) seems like he does not help the workers. Just walks around staring at things. DO NOT GO IF EVEN JUST A LITTLE BUSY!
