Usually go to this location and the service has been decent. Unfortunately, I ordered one of the kids’ meals for the first time today and was not given the full meal as it was missing the side and juice with my pickup order. Restaurant was not busy at the time and no details were provided on why those items were missing. Very disappointing. Will have to reconsider ordering any kids meals here.

I usually enjoy qdoba their food and customer service is usually pretty good but beware of this location. The customer service here is just terrible. The guy working the front seemed like he wanted no part in being there. I couldnt even get a bag for my food and no lid for the nachos i got. Buyer beware of this location

As far as reviews I am very lenient and give a lot of wiggle room, but in this case I can’t help but ding this specific QDOBE for skimping. You guys, as well as other restaurants should be treating each customer as if you are on the edge of losing them… One small thing like skimping on your bowls my have pushed me over my tolerance level. I am not looking for a heaping bowl, but on the flip side I do think you should put a reasonable amount of meat and fixings on your bowls. I paid $12+ Dollars for this bowl only to get a few sprinkles of chicken, and a silver dollar size spoon full of guacamole that disappears immediately after stirring your bowl (never to see or taste guacamole again after that). Don’t read this wrong, as your bowls actually taste better than your competition, but for $12+ dollars I think I deserve at least a reasonable amount of food. (i.e. I can buy an entire roasted chicken for $8.99 at King Soopers, so can’t you at least give me a couple spoon fulls of your grilled diced chicken). Maybe the short fall was who was working that day, but hopefully this is not standard practice…

Recently had a surprise party catered and there was small issue with the delivery. After talking with management they were very kind in trying to find a way to make sure I felt like I was reimbursed correctly. They offered to try and do a partial refund but we settled on multiple free meal coupons! I feel satisfied overall and the management team I worked with was very friendly and made me feel heard and not like a Karen!! Thank you guys 😀

This Qdoba is always exceeding expectations! From the cleanliness of the establishment, to the great quality of food and friendly staff. Travis the manager is super friendly and inviting and makes sure that evey person feels welcome and is taken care of as soon as they walk through the doors.

Staff is awesome! They’re extremely friendly and you can tell the woman manager cares about her employees. The only thing I didn’t like about this specific location is the steak has zero flavor to it, no salt, pepper, no seasonings at all, but that’s my only complaint.
