Hi, I frequent this location several times because the service is wonderful. Normally, I come in later on in the night, but I just came in and was treated with the worst service ever. It was so bad it outweighed all of the good experiences. I’ve had here I will never be back in this location and I suggest others do the same.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past three years and have never had a bad experience—until now. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing.
Rosavico was quite rude and insisted on charging me extra for sides. I requested a mini nacho bowl, which has always been the same as a kids’ nacho bowl in my experience. I was told there is no such thing, and that if I wanted chips as well, I would need to pay an additional fee.
What’s frustrating is the inconsistency. I’ve ordered this before without being charged extra. Policies and pricing should be consistent across the board. Being told something different after years of ordering the same item is disappointing, especially when it’s handled in an unfriendly manner.
I hope management can address this so future customers receive consistent service.

Joshua Alex and Katie gave us an amazing experience we love this store and it has been in our neighborhood for years and we will definitely be back! We ordered one burrito One bowl three tacos two drinks and extra Glock and a side of jalapenos two bags of chips and they made sure we had everything we were needing and we’re very attentive

First time. Manager is extremely rude and yelled at her employees for not understanding English…. Very discriminating and hurts to see. The lady mistakened the bowl size of a kids meal… and she freaked out wasting and throwing both bowls away, they tried to remake them and she got an attitude with us for saying we’ll just pay the regular price. She continued to be very spiteful with hateful written all over the entire atmosphere, and all the employees looked very uncomfortable. She also chose to write her name on a receipt and threw it at everybody. I’d be bitter too at that age with such hate and low income job tho. Is what it is, get a new one.

Both female workers were very rude and giving dirty looks to my fiancé and I for no reason throughout the time we were there. They were also wispering to each other as we were there and laughing, just being all around rude. They also put absolutely NO effort in making either of our orders. All around would not recommend.

I eat at Qdoba all the time! It’s my go to place for fast Mexican food! This location is close to my house and the food and service is always good and friendly and the food is great! The portions are perfect so come and check them out!

Bad experience, besides waiting a while for them to take my order , they was to busy in the kitchen on the phone,,,,, Clearly it was managers if they wear the polo shirt right,,,?, we can see the back. Then they made faces cus my son was talking to loud. We usually go here since it is close to home but will have to look elsewhere with this crappy service.

Missed the mark. They looked slammed on the pick up orders but not much attention to customers as the line moved slow. Was extremely disappointed to see the mini bowl I ordered had a lot less meat than a kids nachos that was ordered. I asked for a little shredded cheese and the employee threw half a handful on. I asked for a lot if guacamole and the employee threw on a level scoop. To top it off the food seemed a bit cold and chips undercooked and the dining area needed to be cleaned. Even after the bowl was closed with aluminum foil and reopened you can still see part of the bowl lacking any ingredients. I don’t go to this location much but doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon. There are much better Qdobas locations out there.
