Update-tried it again and it was sooooo good! We got everything we ordered and it tasted delicious!
The food was good but missing most of the topping and the sides on everything we ordered. Also missing cheese dip we ordered. The food taste was good just a little bland with all the missing toppings. I’ll stick with Chipotle.

We had Qdoba for dinner Monday the 27th. As soon as we walked in the first thing we noticed was trash scattered everywhere throughout the lobby. One table head dried up, queso all over it, and the table closest to the fountain drink dispenser still had trash on the table. My food was mediocre at best. My rice was very hard and crunchy. The meat was dry, Tasted a day old to be honest. Cheese was crunchy and tasted funny. Saw one of the workers hitting a nicotine vape while I eating. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Mind you when we were in there wasn’t ANY Other customers in the lobby. I’m really shocked that it was as bad as it was. Way too expensive for the quality of food being given.

Waste of time & money! no wonder this location is never busy. It doesn’t surprise me one bit, especially after looking at the Google reviews.

I’ll admit I’m a little biased because I’m an avid QDOBA diner — I’ve been to locations all over — this chain just gets it. The $2 chips and queso alone are elite (and yes, I order them every time). Chipotle ain’t got nothing on QDOBA when it comes to flavor, consistency, and actually enjoying your meal without feeling shortchanged. If you know, you know.

Burnt crunchy chicken and barely any on my quesadilla. Ig it was a good thing considering it was burnt and old. Terrible! Employees were out front smoking weed. Avoid this location, too expensive and waste of money!

This place has been going down hill for years, and I pretty much stopped eating here. I figured I”d give it a shot tonight. Prime dinner time, so its not like it was off-hours where the food wouldn’t be the freshest. Well.. It definitely wasn’t fresh. Got the bowl with hot and sweet chicken. The rice was goop, no idea what they did to it. The chicken was a dried out, burnt, nasty husk. Every bit of it. Like the chicken had been overcooked three days ago and they’re just now serving it up. Something else tasted rancid in the bowl, and I’m not even sure what. It almost tasted like sour cream turned bad, but I didn’t get sour cream. Whole thing had to be thrown out, and i’ll be lucky if I didn’t get food poisoning. What in the world happened to this place? It used to be great. (back before covid) The service its self was okay? Nothing friendly or inviting, but nothing rude. Feeling a bit nauseous after taking bites of who knows what.

The food was a waste of money, absolutely no seasoning, completely bland food, was sitting cold, they give you a small portion but it’s didn’t matter since food was not pleasant at all. The customer service was terrible, they don’t care about customers, they are rushing you to decide what you want and seem like they hate their job.

We got there at 5pm’ish no cars in parking lot no customers inside. Should have taken that as a warning and went someplace else. The place really needs a thorough cleaning. Yes it’s older but the carpet can still be cleaned. Anyway the surf and turf bowl as advertised every where was more like chewing the worst cuts of beef imaginable served like out of the wrapper, leftover from a college dorm late night run and seriously how long had my shrimp been resting to the point of rubbery death in whatever that stagnant oil and water concoction was.
Not only do I NOT recommend this Qdoba I’m thinking it won’t be long before the health department shuts them down for failure to maintain safe food temperatures. Hint! #Tulsa Health Department. The rice was crunchy cold and dry. The black beans obviously canned, like right out of the can thats how not hot nor warm they were. Got a burrito basically the same food quality and to add insult to injury pretty sure that was a heat press that must be broken because Yhea not used. This place is so bad we felt horrible allowing customers after us to place orders.
The only redemption is the staff was pleasant, well groomed and knew the menu. NEVER going back to Qdoba. As a matter of fact, we decided as horrible as our last visit was to Chipotle a couple years ago, we should have gone there and they actually served us food that although warm it had the taste of being burnt and rinsed.

The young man behind the counter was nice and gave me all that I asked for and even made fresh lettuce.
The food wasn’t impressive, the hot and sweet chicken tasted burned and the overall taste was bland in the whole bowl.
I probably won’t be back.

The service at this Qdoba was outstanding. The manager on duty went out of his way to accommodate my wife’s gluten sensitivity. They also have some vegetarian options. They handled our group of over 12 very quickly. The food was fresh and had good flavor. I’d highly recommend it for a fast bite, or linger in their outdoor seating.
