First time eating here, it’s a bit pricey but manageable, i think its the location its in. had the kids meal quesadilla,chips and a drink. It was all good. The queso sauce was very good, though the guacamole has a bit too much lime.

Pretty underwhelming to say the least. Not much seasoning, portion sizes are pretty sad as well. This was a mobile pickup order. I’d recommend going in and ordering in person to possibly get better portions…however, that does not change the fact that the food was bland. I’d pay the premium price and just go to chipotle.

We ate inside this location and it was very messy in the lobby. There was maybe a table or two that didn’t have anything on them. We were first in line but waited a few minutes before our order was taken. My burrito was pretty good and was rolled really well this time. Last time it fell apart. My boyfriend got a chicken bowl but they forgot his queso so it was kinda dry. They were also completely out of shredded cheese.

Food is good but the service here just seems subpar at times. We eat here intermittently after church. They just see like they are overwhelmed and not sure what they are doing. They are nice and friendly but just in disarray.

We get chicken soft tacos every Monday night because they are half price. We like to eat ours without the flour tortillas and add black beans along with some salad and it’s very filling and a cheap dinner for us. My husband picks them up and we eat at home so we have never eaten in the restaurant. They make them right there in the line as you tell them what you want on yours. I didn’t care for the steak but we really love the chicken. They used to give you a choice between flour or corn tortillas but they did away with the corn because people complained that the tortilla split in half. Wish they would still carry them as we prefer the corn. But now we just eat it like a salad and it’s yummy to us. Fast service too!

This location is one of the worst ones. Every other time I pick up an online order from them, half the stuff is missing. Today I was missing an entire bowl I had to go back in for, and the other mini bowl in my order was half filled and missing half the ingredients. My partner called them up about these issues and he says they laughed at him and hung up. I go to this one because it’s closest to me but it’s to the point I’ll go out of my way to go across town to a different location because this location is really dropping the ball. Management really needs to fix these issues or the manager needs to be replaced seeing as other reviews state the manager will literally yell and scream at you if you have a complaint. Highly unprofessional.

This location gets it right! I always get the steak burrito with pinto beans but when it is time to top it, I always tell the employee to “Just have fun” and my last encounter was the epitome! At other locations, I always get a funny look and then my burrito is prepared with the safe bet of lettuce/cheese/sour cream and maybe a splash of salsa. When I visited this location, the employee actually took the time to consider all the toppings and how to make them all taste/fit together. The burrito was packed and had so much flavor that I went back and ordered one to take home!
