My family of 6 went this week and it was great! Our server was amazing!! We ate out all week and by far she was the best server we had… so attentive and friendly but not overbearing. They were out of the rock shrimp but it didn’t matter, there were plenty of other great things. We ate scampi, swordfish, scallops, chicken, and a sampler platter. We enjoyed all of it. If I could criticize anything it would be the bake potato, it was rubbery but the other sides were tasty. Thanks for a fun experience!

We were visiting NSB and decided to try Riptides because wanted some good seafood and they had good reviews. We each ordered something new to us, maui-maui, rock shrimp and sword fish and it was all so delicious!!! I have never been a fan of hushpuppies, but the ones served here were by far the best I ever ate! Let’s not forget the homemade salad dressings either, it was yummy!! The service was wonderful and our waitress was friendly and personable! I absolutely recommend this place if you want to try some new seafood and enjoy a good meal at an affordable price! Definitely check out the rock shrimp if you like lobster, it’s well worth it, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Though there was a mix up with our reservations (highly recommended) that someone else took(rude) I was excited to try this place. It did not disappoint!! I chose ribs, homemade BBQ sauce with a baked potato and salad. It was so good!! My seat mates chose fried shrimp, Mahi Mahi, fried catfish and rock shrimp. Everyone was impressed. Came out hot and it was wonderful. Highly recommend but will need reservations for sure.

JCs was AMAZING. My husband and I ordered a Shrimp platter (shrimp 4 ways) and the Parmesan crusted Salmon. The sides were delicious (sweet potato and the sauteed veggies) and the homemade salad dressing was great on the salad. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I love this place. I come to Edgewater twice a year and it’s a must-stop for us. Let me say, the rub on the prime rib is absolutely amazing! The rock shrimp ALMOST tastes like lobster. It’s so delicious. The service is excellent (always is) and if you get there early enough, you are seated fairly quickly. I do have to say though that I understand prices had to increase due to the economic climate, but they were chintzy on the salad & prime rib. The salad and prime rib were absolutely phenomenal in taste (like usual), but there was hardly any salad on the plate and my prime rib was so thin, I was able to eat the entire thing without taking any home. I was very disappointed, to say the least.

We have never had a disappointed meal. Steaks to perfection, best shrimp, fried or broiled Rock Shrimp. Best Homemade Salad Dressings in Volusia county. Service is always pleasant and efficient. Steve & Blanche Durgin, we recommend all our friends to go they wont be dissatisfied.

I was surprised at how incredibly good my dinner was. We ordered the smoked fish dip and sampler for appetizers and I had the rock shrimp with sweet potato and the vegetables. That shrimp was absolutely amazing. Everything was delicious.

If I could give zero stars for a review I would. The food is awesome, but if you come in as one person, you will be discriminated against and refused a table if you ask for one instead of sitting at a bar or high top. You lost $80 on this one person and a repeat customer.

Staff was extremely kind to my mobility impaired mom. Food was great, but our server, Kristy (I’m sure I’ve misspelled it) was TREMENDOUS, OUTSTANDING, AND TERRIFIC!! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, and my folks are recommending the place to their friends locally.
