Got chip n salsa not fan of burritos so didn’t want to try one. Their salsa isn’t salsa, its chopped tomatoes. And the serving size for gueso is crazy for the price. Way better at chills, by taste and size. Never again. Awful especially for the purifier. Price. I see if it was under$5 yeah! But not $20 just for the items in the picture showed. Yessssss $20. Like $18 plus tax. Ughhh

I did an online order for a bowl. Chicken pinto beans, lime rice, queso, corn salsa, and few other things. I order online with Qdoba frequently just never did this location. I did not get chicken or queso. It was also very skimpy.

Food is good and as expected. Please take the tipping option off the checkout screen. You’re a fast food restaurant – get over yourself. Simply price your products appropriately and don’t beg for tips, it’s the most annoying part of a visit and the only reason for a low review.

Food was absolutely amazing as always here. There is a huge drink selection too for soft drinks. Today I went with a bowl, half brisket half steak, both types of rice’s and beans, lettuce was fresh. Cheese and chips on top, with a drizzle of melted cheese on top then a pinch of pepper. The staff was very friendly and clean. Always wearing gloves and respectful. Always a great place to.

I got a veggie bowl. I asked for extra lettuce. The lady for real grabbed the tiniest 3-finger grab of lettuce ever in any Qboda. Don’t worry, I didn’t let injustice win and asked for more. Then another employee told the register lady I had 2 chicken bowls. I did not. I had 1 veggie bowl. I nicely corrected her and wow you would’ve thought I called her mom a bad name.
Food – good. Workers – we all have bad days but sheesh.

The app wasn’t working. It kept saying they were closed even though, they still had 1hr left. I was told that they kept getting orders……so I don’t know. Yes I did get a mini bowl but whoever made this was very skimpy on the what I wanted in it

In Midwest city, I can say they have a young man that needs a raise. He takes the orders, makes your meal without a missed beat, while filling to go orders and moving to listen to the next customers order. He can switch task like nobody’s business. He was also having to communicate with other staff on what he needed refilled so there wasnt any wait time. Those folks were pretty on it as he instructed as well. The only one that was not up to par, was tge actual cashier but only because she wasn’t very personable. Her service was fine but wouldn’t crack a smile if you paid her. Just felt like she hated her job and that just bugs me a bit because that’s life doing jobs we hate but not having the attitude that goes with it on to the customer. Bad for business after the rest of the crew was busting it.

Never been to this locations before. My wife wanted Qdoba for lunch. Food was good. Service was good. Wish I would have gotten a little more steak for the cost.

*Update*
My wife and I visited on a busy Halloween evening during a BOOGO promotion.. The restaurant was super busy, but very well staffed for the occasion..
Both of our bowls, featuring Adobo Chicken and Habanero Lime Steak, were prepared just as we wanted and were quite flavorful.. The only hiccup was that both Coca-Cola Freestyle machines were out of ice, likely due to the demand of the promotion..
Otherwise, this Qdoba delivered another solid performance!!
*Original Review*
I rarely review national chain restaurants, but a recent visit to this Qdoba deserved a mention..
I visited the MWC Qdoba for lunch on Tuesday this week.. It had been a couple of months or so since I had visited any Qdoba..
I ordered a bowl with cilantro lime rice, black and pinto beans, grilled steak, Cholula Hot and Sweet grilled chicken, queso, pico, lettuce, a trio of salsas (Roja, Verde, and Habanero), and shredded cheese..
This was the most flavorful bowl I’ve enjoyed at any Qdoba in some time.. I did add dashes of Cholula Original and Jalapeño sauce tableside, too..
The staff members who prepared the bowl and cashed me out were wonderfully pleasant and courteous as well..
At the end of the day, this was a very enjoyable visit to Qdoba, and I’ll be visiting this location again, in the very near future..

The first thing that struck me was there are no prices for the tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, soup, and most other items on the menu board. I should have listened to my instinct to leave and eat elsewhere, but instead, I was treated to the worst customer service I’ve had in years. The woman you start your order with was really rude, and should not be employed working with customers. The woman messed up my order gave me what she thought I wanted. I ordered three chicken tacos which tasted good, but were not worth the $9.65 plus tax you find out your being charged when you get your receipt. The tacos were far to small for the price and they skipped on the chicken. My wife had a small bowl and some tortilla soup. She said it tasted good but again not worth what was being charged. If your in the mood for good Mexican food I’d recommend trying Taqueria Los Reyes, a food trailer located at 8817 NE 23rd street l, OKC. On 23rd near the Midwest City Super Walmart. The people who run this food trailer give great customer service, the food is delicious, and the prices are posted and fair for what you get. Make sure you have cash if you go to this trailer. I would recommend a hard pass on Qdoba, unless you want to pay too much and experience poor customer service.
