I’ve been coming to Qdoba for about 3 years now; and this is my very first complaint.
Me and my brother came to this restaurant to get our food as normal. He asked for a bowl, and he got brisket as protein; and this employee named Jayline grabbed a very small amount of brisket. My brother asked for more brisket; and Ms. Jayline stated that it would be extra; with an aggressive facial expression. It must be noted that the amount of brisket on his bowl was not reasonable. However he went with it and paid for the extra.
Once I ordered my quesadilla, once we got to the extras I asked for a little bit of veggies, Ms. Jayline deliberately grabbed two large scoops of veggies and put it on my quesadilla, and proceeded to ask me is that enough. I stated that it was too much, and she asked me if I wanted her to take some veggies off; while laughing at her co worker named Aysia who was at the cash register at the time.
I so asked for lettuce on my quesadilla, Ms. Jaylin’s proceed to grab a few pieces of lettuce and put it on one side of the quesadilla. I asked her to put some on the other side, you she then proceeded to put the lettuce on the other side, but with an attitude look on her face. I also asked for corn and she only put it on one side and I asked for it be on the other side, and got the same response. Throughout this she is laughing with her nearby co worker who is making jokes about how I wanted my quesadilla. They are both new faces to the restaurant and; do not represent it well.

Another great meal at Qdoba! I got the Chicken Burrito with allot of add ons. The dish tasted delicious. My wife got the 3 Cheese Nachos with the chips on the side. I enjoyed the remainder of her meal. Fast and friendly service.

The tacos I got were satisfying. The salsa & chips were fresh, I got the mild salsa & It was very very mild, not spicy at all. I enjoyed it, but if you want spicy or hot though don’t get it. The Place was clean & quiet. Service was wonderful.

I don’t often write reviews; however, I had a poor experience here worth noting. When I was ordering my bowl, the worker accidentally put toppings that were meant for the person behind me in my bowl. When I pointed it out and asked her to fix it, she proceeded to say “what do you want me to do about it” with attitude. Then, she scooped the toppings out of the bowl with her hands instead of making me a new one or simply using a spoon to do so. The workers all treated me like a nuisance and an inconvenience. Will not be coming back.

I waited 15 minutes. No one else in line. I stood and waited. Most of the staff just glanced at me. Finally 19 min later, someone came over and asked if they could help. I politely asked if I could have a quesadilla. She began preparing then realized she did not have chicken. 10 min later she was back with chicken. She looked at me and rudely asked me not to lean on the counter.

Pretty nice place. Haven’t been to one in several years. Had some good signature deals that were good prices with a drink. Only weird thing, the deals were not customizable at all. I wanted cheese and jalapeños added. Gentleman politely told me when you add stuff it becomes a make your own, and is more expensive. But he added some cheese for me. Has a freestyle drink machine.

3/13/24 Well, I think I came on an off day. The customer service was perfect, the food was fresh, still a very clean atmosphere, but I had a couple quality control issues.
I found a wilted lettuce in my bowl, under cooked fajita peppers and half of the chips in the bowl were stale. Everything else was amazing.
I did not speak to management and they had no chance to correct any of it because I didn’t think it was that big a deal to worry about.

Service gets 10 stars. They are always so nice to me and my brother when we go on our lunch break. The food is surprisingly good and fresh for being so fast, and bonus, it’s healthy if you’re careful with your choices. They have one of those drink machines with numerous drink options and since most places close to my office only have diet coke or unsweeten tea, getting to have a diet drink with lunch makes me more likely to patronize them than other establishments.

I come here very frequently as the food is delicious and the staff is friendly and generous with their servings. I was already thinking about how I wanted to leave a review as i was in line today when the staff wowed me even more. I ordered my usual and when i went to check out, I opened my wallet to find out that I forgot all my forms of payment in my gym bag at the house. I began to walk away from the counter, apologizing, when the woman working swiped a card and said don’t worry about it love. A simple act of kindness just turned my day around. Thank you! I’ll be back again and again and again!

I can’t recommend this Qdoba location enough! I have been eating here a few times a month for years and it’s a great experience everytime.
The staff is always wonderful and in a good mood, it just makes you want to be in a good mood too. The best vibes live here! Even if the line is long the wait never is in my experience.
My order has never been wrong a single time (ordered online or in person) and the ingredients always seem fresh. I’m not sure if they pickle their red onion or jalapeños in house, but they are the BEST!! They are rarely ever out of anything and the portion sizes are great. So many tasty options and especially the variety of sauces makes it fun to order everytime.
Also this is one of the only places I buy cookies from instead of making them at home- I think they are delicious.

I went to Qdoba (location Corporate Blvd, Baton Rouge, La.) and got a bowl. The base of it was only chicken, and white rice, then I added peppers and onions and corn. That was all. The scoop of chicken was half assed, so I asked for another scoop and was asked if I wanted a “double” for an extra $3.95. I declined. My bowl was already skimpy as hell. I can only eat certain toppings (IBS issues), so since I was not getting a mountain full of toppings you would’ve thought that the server would’ve put some more chicken in the bowl…NOT! Needless to say, I was still hungry after spending almost $12.00 for a bowl that was seriously lacking. At least at Chipotle, they are not afraid to give you a decent scoop of meat for an almost $12.00 bowl.
Corporate tell your people to not be light handed with the meat. And the rice was lacking as well, to be honest It’s like the servers are afraid to put some meat in the bowl. I can imagine managment telling their workers, “They only get 1 scoop of protein and if they want more, we have to charge them”.
The bowl was good, but I was very disappointed and still hungry. At least give your customers a FULL SCOOP OF MEAT in their bowls. Qboda, step your game up!
