The food was well prepared. Even went when they were inspecting the temperature of the food for quality, so I know that the food was well maintenanced. The inside was a little empty and it was just me and someone else during lunch time, so maybe we just went on a day that most people don’t go. However, all together, it was a well kept establishment and definitely would eat there again!

Photos below with blood. So I go to this QDOBA every time I workout and I have always enjoyed it however, this time it was not *ideal*. When I was eating my burrito, I noticed there was a red liquid on the tortilla and I was scared that it was blood. So I assumed it was maybe a worker’s blood, but I checked my self first and noticed I was bleeding on my lip. I started cleaning it up and there’s a small cut on it now. Mind you, I was only eating the burrito and nothing else. My lip has been bleeding for the last 20 minutes or so. Most of the time, this place gets it right but this one visit just set it back a lot for me.

Always a good meal. One of my kids mistakenly had them put hot sauce on his burrito. He tried to eat it but was not liking it. We sent him up to get an another burrito and when he went to pay for it they gave it to him at no charge. Very nice of them to do this as we were totally fine with paying. Please go eat there and thank the staff.

I love coming to Qdoba, the food is always good and fresh. However, I hate coming here due to the managements style of how they treat their employees. Anytime I’ve come to eat here, the manager always stands right behind the worker at the cash register and keeps any eye on the employees. It seems like a hostile work environment and I’m sure the other customers notice it too. I don’t want to support a company that treats their employees as such, and who won’t trust their workers to do their jobs, without breathing down their neck.

This was genuinely one of the most uncomfortable and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. From the moment we walked into this Qdoba, the staff’s attitude toward us felt extremely hostile and dismissive. It truly felt like we were being treated differently from other customers, and the whole interaction came across as racially biased.

We bought 3 bowls and took one extra fork because we were 4 people sharing. The staff member spoke to us in a shockingly disrespectful tone and told us to put it back. We planned to dine in but looking at the way they treated us, we left the store asap.

The situation got worse when my husband went to give a tip and calmly explain what happened. Instead of listening, they told him to leave the store. It was humiliating, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional.

No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or targeted like this. I truly hope management looks into this behavior, because what we experienced was unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

This is one of my favorite taco salad restaurants and I haven’t been here in a couple of months. This was also my first day out and about since I had surgery for cancer. And this did my heart, body and soul good to have one of my favorite salads. It did not disappoint.

Went here today for the first time. Staff was friendly but did not look very professional. The food was horrible. The bowls we ordered tasted bland both the meat and veggies were so bland and the rice tasted very cheap. We also had chips and guac and the chips were like cheap store kind and the guacamole was very bland as well could have used some onions and something else to add better flavor. We also tried their tacos with their new spicy chicken style. Was not good at all the shells tasted so cheap and the meat was bland as well barely any flavor. We will not be eating here again

I came in for a burrito and walked out feeling like I just lost my whole paycheck at a casino. I never been here before until my cousin suggested it and I thought what the heck I’ll try it, that’s where I went wrong. I walked in and got myself a pretty plain burrito with one protein and some veggies, got rung up for 14 bucks. No drink, no chips. Just a burrito I could make at home for 1/4 of the price. The workers were nice and respectful and though the food itself wasn’t the worst thing I had, the price for a burrito was outrageous. All in all I’d say 2/10

My family and ai have been eating at the North Rock location many times before and food as well as service seemed to be just fine. Until today 10/10/25 My wife and daughter stood informe of unwelcoming staff and lack of courtesy people behind the counter. The time of their visit was 12:15 pm. Nobody acknowledged them at all. When I called to complain about the mishap the manager whom I ignore the name said that they were busy putting up stuff for the rush hour. I understand the business atmosphere and know how it can get. But not even an apology was offered. I do not recommend you going there at all. They just might be busy doing other things instead of taking orders and serving their purpose.

My go-to lunch spot. The staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh! Their queso is unbeatable and I have not had a dish that I didn’t enjoy.
