Callao Brewing knocks it out of the park. Every beer I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious—full of flavor, perfectly crafted, and incredibly smooth. Their root beer is just as impressive, rich and refreshing with that classic taste done right.
But the real standout? Their ginger ale. Hands down the best ginger ale I’ve ever had. It’s got the perfect balance of flavor and kick without being overpowering. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!
Whether you’re into craft beer or top-notch non-alcoholic drinks, Callao Brewing delivers on every level. Highly recommend!

Me and my friend decided to stop by after pumpkin picking today since it was near which was worth the trip over. Really nice atmosphere, beer and pizza was fantastic. Loved the Star Wars themed items in the place plus I had a blast talking about lighthouses with the employee. Definitely will be going back when im in the area again.

Everyone is always wanting a place to go to well here it is. Callao Brewing Company. Games of all sorts to play in there, seltzers with different flavors not just beer, non alcoholic drinks as well. Today we were happy to try the pizzas. Delicious and filling. Beers and pizzas speak for themselves not a bad anything in either list. Highly recommend to anyone. Get out and support your local business!

Local hang out with friendly owners serving you. Though I’m not a fan of thin crust pizza, the flavor and quality ingredients tell me I’ll be ordering again soon. In a word, delicious. They also have a nice selection of beers to pair with your goodies. Note worthy: they are dog friendly, so no hot car for your friendly pooch. Stop in, you are truly welcomed.

We took a Saturday drive from Reedville to Callao Brewing for some pizza, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision! We arrived a little before opening, but Roger kindly welcomed us in to escape the heat. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the chill, inviting vibe of the place. The atmosphere is super laid-back, and the staff is genuinely friendly, which made us feel right at home.
We ordered the Pretty Peppered Up pizza, and while we were initially a bit skeptical about honey on a pizza, it was an absolute game-changer. The sticky hot sweet combination was unexpectedly loaded with goodness.
The beer selection was equally impressive. The flavored beers were light, refreshing, and the IPAs really hit the spot. It’s clear that Callao Brewing takes pride in offering a variety that pairs perfectly with their menu.

Finally stopped by to give them a shot. That whiskey oak barrel beer is good. Very earthy taste. No horrible after taste of dirty tubes. Very mindful on serving the beer ,2 hours away from home for this pleasant taste. I like this brewery short simple and easy. Apple pie beer cinnamon tasty. Decent. The glass serving is amazing you can actually smell the beer! Literally you can smell it. Real flavors no syrup fakeness!!! They make gluten-free seltzer!!

Great beer selection with something for everyone — even a house rootbeer! Lots of games, events, and live music on a rotating basis. The food trucks outside are great too. Callao Brewing is also dog friendly! Overall, fantastic spot to hang out, grab a flight, pint, and bite, and enjoy!

Only the best! You’ll feel more at home here than at your own home. The staff is super friendly and by the time you leave will be more like family. The establishment is vary clean and nice every corner has something new to see. If you’re looking for something to do, they have events on a frequent basis, or if you just want a warm-hearted home town place to go for a drink and to relax or talk, this is 100% the place.

Great spot, especially for their comedy night they have every other month. Great beers on tap. Try the orange Creamsicle. Also, the place is run by nerds, so pop culture memorabilia can be seen all over, and even have drinks named after them, like a Madalorian ‘This is the way’ IPA. Really good stuff.
