I was a devoted Chipotle fan for years. After a series of bad experiences at multiple locations, I gave up and tried Qdoba. I loved it instantly and had great experiences overall—until I visited this particular branch three weeks ago.
The food quality was subpar. The bowl wasn’t mixed properly, and the mild salsa was chunky and watery, unlike its usual smooth and slightly thick texture. The staff also didn’t seem well trained. They didn’t know how to redeem the free chips code or the correct portion size for chips and served them in a smaller bag.
They weren’t rude at all—just not adequately trained.

overall just your typical qdoba restaurant set up & environment. placed a order for takeout in advance & order was completed prior to pick regardless of the store staffed with just two employees. staff was brief, friendly, & efficient on helping customers. definitely would come back again just for the simplicity sake of it all

Sunday the 25th at about 12:50 dud and online pickup order and the 2 employees were great. Hardly anything was open but they braved the roads to make it in and they were terrible. I had a good 4wd or would of stayed home myself. Give them a far raise! Hard to find good workers who would of attempted to come in. Most fat food places were even closed. GIVE THEM A RAISE. Management you know who they are.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and can honestly say, Jamie was the best. Patient when I wanted another scoop of rice or beans and not all annoyed like other people acting like it came out of their checks to give me just a tad bit more. I appreciated the energy and this is definitely my favorite location. I drive from Hazelwood and there’s a Qdoba literally a block away, but I’ll cross the bridge to come here, for the peaceful atmosphere and welcoming aura alone.

This place is ridiculous the co-workers are horrible and the manager on Tuesday night January 13th was absolutely disrespectful and doesn’t know what they are doing, I will never go to this place again and never eat there the last 3 times I’ve been have been nothing but horrible service and disgusting food the rice and absolutely dry I asked for the gm name and only got told the first name which is supposedly Larry, needs better workers! night manager on duty of 10/21 kept going on his phone (with gloves on) and not switching out/washing hands in between. took 20 minutes to even get acknowledged with only 1 person in front of me. i think ill still to the highway k store from now on. food was amazing though

I picked up a catering order 02/06/24. The young man that assist with packing my order was very nice. He stated that since I had a small catering order for the guacamole, so he upgraded my guacamole. When I got home I opened the pan with the three cheese Queso and was surprised with the amount, which was 1/4 of the pan. I also ordered steak and saw how little I have received. I have been coming to this Qdoba and ordering catering for about 8 months. I called and asked to speak with a manager about my quantity of queso and how very little I received for $57.00. This manager perceived to tell me he was the one who took care of handling the queso and how he had giving my an extra 1/2 pound. He also said the pan was bigger, which was not true. I have been ordering the same exact queso for months and have never received so low of this amount before. I took what he said as an excuse for saying the pan is larger. I hated I waste my money. A very unhappy customer. This is the second time I was disappointed with this location. The first time no staff showed up to open when I had a catering order for 11:00am on a Tuesday and waited for almost an hour. That manager was nice and very apologetic. I won’t make it a third time with this establishment and location of Bass Pro.
