Staff was very friendly and inviting. The venue is clean and polished. Location is a little precarious considering the parking lot isn’t huge and there are 2 or 3 other food related places in the smallish strip mall.
Only issue I had on this visit was the burrito itself. I used to think Qdoba had the best tasting burrito of the big three but my ground beef was just not flavorful at all. Maybe just a bad day.

I went back here because I got good service from an older lady during the day but today I got a younger person and was treated like I was bothering him. He barely put anything in our bowl and burrito. I will never come to this location again. I usually go to the Bridgeton location and I should have this time. This experience was pathetic and unnecessary. He was more concerned about cleaning up to get out early than serving quality food.

Like all Qdobas, this one had good quality ingredients and was fast. The beverage machine had a lot of possible options of diet soda, but they were all unavailable except the sparkling water. I took this to mean the syrup needed to be changed but wasn’t, so they sat empty. I can’t imagine customers are happy with that.

We ordered for delivery, catering, well in advance. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times to confirm the order and possibly push back 30 mins to an hour. No one would answer the phone after about 20 calls over two days. The corporate catering line couldn’t help either. When the food was delivered to our hotel, it was minuscule and the person delivering was absolutely rude. I will never use Qdoba for catering again.

This place is like any other Qdoba. It is your typical Mexican-American fast food chain. They are quick as the line moves fairly fast. The employees were generous with their portions. The manager is also nice as my coworkers have gotten freebies.

I had a horrible experience. You all have embarrassed me and I left in tears. Does that make you all happy? I had a $100 bill and the lady wouldn’t take it. Instead of going and getting more money, she just refused to let me pay and I had not other way of paying. You all are awful people!!!

I didn’t want raw bell peppers and raw red onions in my bowl. What happened to grilling them? Also, very little rice. One might say they gave me a “suggestion” of rice. It’s literally the cheapest ingredient on the menu, so why so sparcely portion it? Won’t be going back here. Now I understand why they’re cheaper than Chipotle.
