Recently Qdoba on 6417 Chippewa St, STL had a secret 50% off 3-Cheese Nachos: when a longtime loyal customer went in and ordered(unaware of the sale), they were purposely incorrectly rung up ( because the computer was already programmed to immediately discount the transaction. (See Receipt).
When the customer requested a reduction, the Manager was very abrupt and continued to “backtalk” for 30 minutes.
Again, they purposely sabotaged the transaction; to avoid honoring the random discount.
***12/26/25: I promptly received an apology and the Issue was completely resolved. The corporate office is wonderful ***.

Service, food and environment is always on point as well as value. My only gripe is I’ve come in there a couple of times where I heard arguing and personal business being discussed from the back kitchen and it was very unprofessional. It definitely wasn’t those who were already there at work, but from an employee that came in to wt after I was already there

I’ve been ordering from this location for the past few years. Wait times are almost always very long, despite my online order for a specific time, every time. I usually don’t mind, as the staff is very nice, and the food is usually very good. However today was the last straw for me — I will never be coming back here again. I came in at 11 for my usual pickup, and they told me it would be 10-15 minutes. Not a problem. They even gave me a free drink for waiting, which I appreciated. I ended up waiting 40 minutes before I finally spoke up, and they told me that it would not be ready in the 20 minutes I had left of my lunch break. So not only was I lied to, but I had to wait for 40 minutes, wasting my lunch break, leaving me with no time to get anything else, so now I cannot eat until I get off work this evening.

Been having a taste for one of their create your own bowls so I stopped in after work today. I got me and my daughter a chicken bowl with brown rice and all the different ingredients we each wanted. They filled the bowls up and wasn’t stingy with the food. When I got home and tasted it, I was so happy it was so tasty and filling, I couldn’t eat it all at one time. Great job! I was not disappointed.

I go to this location a lot and everytime I go it is always a great experience and the food is amazing. The staff is always really helpful and nice. Alisha one of the staff members is always welcoming and friendly. I recommend this location above all others. Definitely a five star!

This branch has the rudest staff. Very impatient, gossips in front of customers. The young lady who I think is a manager with a dyed red hair and two braids to the back is very rude to customers.

Continuously mess up my orders. The old general manager, Wendy, was very awesome super professional at fixing issues. However, today, The manager on duty August 24 at 5:10 PM was extremely rude and unprofessional to me when half of my $58 order was missing. Saying, In a very nasty tone, “ Ma’am You’re ONLY missing one meal” only????? Was not apologetic or accommodating in any manner, , would not take accountability, Gave me a half filled soda, 1/4 of a container full of guacamole Just terrible service all around

Chippewa is hands down the best Qdoba restaurant I’ve been to. I have come in each week, whether it be once or three times, for about a year now. The staff is incredibly friendly every single time. The ladies up front know my order and while they make it we get to catch up. The cook comes out of the back to greet me every time, as well as other regular customers. Great people, and great food every time. I will continue to go back weekly! The staff all deserve a raise and tips!
