I recently ordered a bowl at Qdoba and was surprised by how little food was served. The portion size was noticeably small and didn’t feel worth the price. As customers, we are paying for the portions requested, so it’s important that the servings reflect what we’re being charged for.

Came in to pick up an order for Doordash and was completely ignored. Believe the reviews that say the women have horrible nasty attitudes. The lady with the long braids helped a lady that came in after me, looked at me, then walked away to do something else. When I told them I was there for a doordash she said okay and moved onto the next person. I wouldn’t have a problem but 3 people were able to come in and grab their orders but I had to wait? These orders have time limits but I made sure to let doordash know this location may or may not help you. I know times are hard but having a bad attitude doesn’t make it better for anyone.

This particular qdoba is straight trash! The employees are always rude and the food is never good. I eat at qdobas all around the country and this one by far is always the worst one. It doesn’t matter the day or time, they’re always bad. Even their doordash orders are awful.
Doordashed last night and my bowl was extremely tiny and of course, missing items that I asked for. It’s my fault for thinking it would be better via doordash. Either hire new staff or close this location down, because it’s awful. I live close to this qdoba and will drive past it, to go to the one 20 min away in Bridgeton or saint Charles

Went inside and was the only person in line. The young lady behind the glass didnt even acknowledge me & another staff member came to put the Quesadilla on the grill and I asked her a question. She responded. They proceeded to have a conversation about someone that came to the store they was waiting on. I waited for 9 minutes with no question, acknowledgement or anything. Another person cane in and she wasnt acknowledged either. I just left. Have not have service this bad in a long time. It is common curiosity to speak!!

Can be a little busy and slow service from workers. Workers are playful and don’t pay that much attention. I waited 15 minutes before ordering and was only 2 person in front of me also waiting to order. Manager was training someone to cook but 3 ladies was upfront was playing and not taking orders. 2 other managers came from the back and was running around store like they was working but never less could have been a better experience. Nothing I would have to have all the time.

The manager in the picture is rude. Did not put my sides in my bag. Once she came back and I asked for them in the bag. I had my queso for my nachos, guacomole and 2 small sides of sour cream. None of those items were already in the nachos. She said oh I didn’t charge you for that. The associates that made my food looked at her and said it was put on the side. The manager was then upset and said well you can’t have 2 sour creams one is extra. I said you know what just give me a refund. She said they have a non refund policy. Then told me she would call the police. I said fine I’ll wait. She called the police became loud. I asked why are you yelling. She continued would not check out any other customers. As I stepped to the side. I asked why wasn’t I told the sour cream was extra? She said she is the manager and head honcho in charge and the other two ladies were just workers. I walked out after waiting for the police and they pulled up. I told the police the situation he said they are always getting calls to this location and the management is rude. As a customer was coming in she said they are rude but the food was good she told the police. I already did the survey with this receipt. I would like compensation.
Update! Thank you to Qdoba customer service for the generous compensation. I will patronize other Qdoba locations moving forward and not return to Florissant.

Had a terrible experience in store today during my lunch break. Ordering my kids nacho bowl as I do at least once a week I was told that I could not have half and half rice in my bowl…? This was very confusing seeing as though I always order this bowl the same way with no problems. The staff in store, especially the manager Britney Yates, acted as though these ingredients effected her pay directly. So instead of the free ingredients being added to my bowl as they have every time before, all of my ingredients were put on the side and i was charged for each item, since I was told I would have to buy a side of rice in order to have both types. I was charged $15 for a meal that typically costs me $7. I am requesting a response from the owner at this time to discuss this issue further.
Update with photos: Went to another Qdoba today located on Page Service Dr. and as expected no uncharging for rice and no problems with adding both rices to my kids size bowl.

Geez, I’ve been here for three days in a row because I’m working down the street and I really like Mexican food, but why is it that I have to feel like I’m doing something wrong or wasting the workers time just to Order my food. If you don’t wanna work here, get a different job, otherwise stop making people feel like they’re lucky to order from you. The negative looks, the sideways eyes, and the general attitude is ridiculous! Get a different job and stop ruining the atmosphere at a Qdoba! It’s not just one person. It’s every single person who works here.

Every time I come here I tell myself I’m never coming back but then I’ll go to a different Qdoba in a different part of town with a good experience and I’m back. People that work here act like they don’t want to be here and by the time I ate my food it was like it wasn’t even hot or was it fresh or something. And my wife wanted a cookie & the cookie was hard. If you want a burrito, don’t even come here or to the Chipotle down the street both of them trash.

This is why the workers work where they work. Asked for chicken cheese and queso bowl and literally got a mouthful full of food on the bowl. Do you not substitute portion sizes for the FULL BOWL?? If it was their own bowl it’d be very full. This don’t even look like a leftover meal. Worker was rushing us and couldn’t find the guacamole. We didn’t trip off looking at the bowl until we pulled off because of the service smh. Disappointed not surprised what can u expect from the county.
