Food was great! What wasn’t so great was the manager that came up front and was scolding an employee in front of a restaurant full of customers — very unprofessional and embarrassing — take that nonsense to the office or better yet, treat your employees with respect and don’t talk to them like that.

I don’t understand the reviews are very bad. I tried orange chicken, which I really wanted to try one day. I heard it’s famous.
When I tried it, it was more delicious than I thought, and it was good to eat because it was warm.

We were not greeted with smiles from the staff. Walking in, the trash was over flowing, the was garbage on the floor, and tables were dirty. We waited for our meals to be made and asked for water as drinks. I looked under where the drinks come out and there was lots of mold. It was disgusting. Decided to purchase a water bottle instead which was warm. The drink station was sooooo disgusting. A worker cleaned the station but failed to clean underneath where all the mold was. That area needs to be cleaned atleast once per week. There must have been a month or more of build up there. Bathrooms were not in great shape and women’s bathroom had roaches. Big disappointment here. Panda is known for having high standards. What’s going on at this location???

TERRIBLE! Waited over 30 minutes for our drive thru order and still ended up having to walk in to ask for it. Every car that went through the drive thru behind us left with multiple bags of food, yet took us forever to get 2 plates. Now, currently standing inside, after closing, still waiting on our food.

Finally left at 9:15. Our bigger plate had plenty of chicken in it as they had to actually make more. Which they were getting hateful about. Our bowl has 3 pieces of chicken in it. When we asked the lady about it, she said that’s how its supposed to be. When I told her we’ve never gotten that small of a portion she walked off saying that’s how bits supposed to be.
Knowing this review will never make it anywhere, not sure if these are corporate or franchise, but 3/16 night shift may want to be retrained on not only customer service, but every aspect of their career.

Usually I don’t leave reviews but I ordered from here an hour before close and received really disgusting food. I used to work in fast food so if I order an hour before close, I’m not expecting food right out of the fryer and I understand if sauces are forgotten or my portions aren’t great, however this was very clearly bad chicken and was served anyway which I find very alarming. It smelled strange, was very burnt, and had weird pieces that looked like shriveled up burnt green beans. I had to throw my whole meal away, I was really grossed out. Like I said, I used to work in fast food and I understand the exhaustion and lack of effort with orders the sooner you are to closing, but serving bad food is not acceptable whatsoever. I ordered late because I was also just getting out of work and hadn’t eaten yet, so that really disappointed me. Please hire more people per shift and allow proper breaks so they can regain their energy to deliver good service!!!
