I really don’t understand how this place is still in business. They never have staff and when they do have staff they don’t follow the tickets at all or make orders correctly they never answer the phone The app never works to place orders. I just now tried placing an order online. It’s not going through. I tried to call. The phone isn’t going through. I really truly do not understand why this place is still open every time I order it says if they have a vendetta against me, my order is never correct. It’s always missing items. I get the simplest thing possible I get a nacho and a drink. I don’t understand how that’s so difficult and the only person in there that seems competent enough to run The store is a girl named Courtney

This location is always closed or only accommodates online orders. I get that sometimes there is no cover for a shift but this has happened everytime I stop at this qdoba. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but can you hire a constant lunch shift. Sometimes McDonald’s doesn’t hit like a steak bowl would.

I always enjoy coming to QDOBA! The food is fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they always make sure my order is exactly right. I also love how many options they have, from the toppings to the sauces—it’s easy to customize and everything tastes amazing. It’s always a great experience, whether I’m dining in or grabbing food to go. I work nearby so I’m always looking for lunch spots and this is definitely one of my favorite spots!

Just got a late lunch I can’t enjoy. The rice is hard as a rock. The queso looks like it was sitting out for days…. The chicken was not even warm.. I walked into order my food, the employee did not say a word the entire time. I started to take my order…. telling him what I wanted…. for him to look at the person next to me and start taking their order. Every time I would say what I wanted, he would start working on someone else’s order, or finish a DoorDash order. Do not recommend this location.

This is my second time eating here. I haven’t ate here in a long time. The food was good for what I got. There was a lot of rice in the burrito I got and little of everything else. I liked the queso I got on the side. When getting forks, I noticed that the forks were all dirty on the backs… so I think they should look into doing a better cleaning job of that. All in all, friendly & helpful staff.

When I arrived to pick up my online order the staff did not greet me, and it was unclear as to where I pick up my online order. And by the time I got home and opened up my food I noticed it was made completely wrong. I personally love Qdoba, The wentzville location is my favorite, this Manchester location however rob me of my love for Qdoba. I am quite disappointed and I will give them a second chance I just don’t know when that will be.

Dirtiest Qdoba I have been in. Check out picts. Every table in restaurant had food remains on and below it and the prep area was kindy of nasty… again check picts. The worst part was the guy who made my quesadilla put hardly anything on it. I had to stop him on the way to the press to request extra cheese and to add salsa. Check out the photo of almost half of the quesadilla missing food! The other half had a little more on it but nothing compared to normal. He didn’t ask about anything and tried to just add a little cheese and meat and run to the grill. I’m still really hungry, very rare for a Qdoda meal. I’m going somewhere to get more food. The soda machine’s screen was locked up. I just opted for tea because I couldn’t get the attention of the employee. I probably will never return here. If any of this sounds harsh please check out the attached.

This was my first time at Qdoba. Manager Leslie patiently explained each of the items they had on menu. In a nutshell, it was like a Chipotle with a better service experience.

I’m starting to think this store has a policy where they skip certain ingredients when you order online so that they don’t run out for people who order inside. I didn’t get sour cream, guacamole, or vinaigrette with my salad. This is the 3rd time.

First time I tried Qdoba and taste was bland for my palate. Bowl could have been better, lesser options. Quantity for bowl was also lesser compared to chipotle or Pancheros.
