The staff was welcoming and friendly as we entered. The food was good/as expected from qdoba. The dinning room was clean. A few of the other qdoba locations in the city have seemed to go downhill a bit, but not this one. Good location to pick if you are wanting qdoba!

QDOBA Mexican Eats restaurant located at 16890 Chesterfield Airport Rd Suite 104 is a fast casual mexican restaurant offering mexican burritos, tacos, bowls and salads. You choose your style of bowl or burrito or taco, then choose the style of rice plus beans. Then comes your protein (pork, steak, chicken or veggies). You can also customize other additions such as salsa and cheese. The portions are generally pretty good size. I really like their hot salsa. I had their veggie bowl with guacamole. This location is clean and the employees had a friendly smiling attitude. I liked this QDOBA location.

I drove 20 minutes to get my breakfast time, when I arrived the place was closed, and the woman who was attending very rudely told me that she would not take my order. She started laughing, do not waste your time in this place.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I never leave reviews, but last night I found small green WORMS in my chip bag after eating a large portion of them. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life. When I called the restaurant to complain, the manage was extremely rude. And, when I said I would be contacting corporate, the manager rudely told me, “good luck with that.” DO NOT EAT HERE!

Manager (black shirt) who is working at this location (12/19/2020 – 7:15pm) is great. Friendly and respectful. The rest of the staff is good too. My mobile order was prepared on time. Food is also great! I prefer Qdoba over chipotle 🙂

Quick Mexican food with good, fresh ingredients. For a counter-service restaurant it’s tasty, fast, and reasonably priced. It’s a small interior but people get in and out quickly. There is also a small patio area.

Visited the Qdoba on Chesterfield Airport Road Friday April 19th, and upon pulling into the parking lot we could see the entrance/exit door propped open with the Wet Floor Caution sign that was laying horizontally to the ground. This is a major Health Code violation because a door propped open allows insects and rodents into the building which can contaminate food and cooking surfaces — absolutely disgusting. It is also an OSHA hazard as customers had to straddle the sign to walk over it to access the building. The door remained propped open during our entire visit, and was still propped upon as we left.
After this experience, I checked the St Louis County Inspection records and found that Qdoba has received violations for employees not having the required Hepatitis A immunizations, which threatens the health and safety of anyone consuming their food. Plus they have violations for not having soap for employees to wash their hands. Very clear that Qdoba doesn’t care about proper foodservice and health requirements to keep employees and customers safe.
If all that doesn’t deter you, the staff was blasting rap/hip hop music with strong bass that your entire body could feel the vibrations. Our family has no interest in dining in a night club. All of that was enough for us to NEVER want to visit Qdoba again. So long, farewell…

The only reason I did not give it a full 5 stars was due to the male cashier at this location. I had quite a few teenage boys that were indecisive but respectful. I was informing the cashier male what all each child as well as myself had ordered. Instead of him listening he decided to input what he wanted into the system and ended up over charging me for something. In addition, I was inquiring about a military discount, he had no interest in helping or doing what he could do to honor a veteran.
On the other hand, a young lady name Diamond went ABOVE AND BEYOND the customer service expectations. She was the only one that greeted us upon entry. She made sure she got fresher ingredients to serve us, she managed to help and assist each of the teenagers even though they did not know what they wanted to order. In addition, once I came to her with me being over charged, she apologized on the male cashier behalf and corrected the situation and gave me the necessary items that I was charged for instead of what I was given. She also came by and asked if the food was good and if we needed anything further. She was truly amazing even under pressure and I really appreciate that. The young man that was in the register, he actually went to his car for 10 minutes and came back smelling like marijuana and did not wash his hands which was rather disrespectful, which I’m sure is why he could not focus on what I was telling him to charge me for.
