Went here to see what all the hype was about. Honestly never been to a Qdoba before but I got some rice beef veggies queso and other fixings on the burrito bowl and it was pretty good I’d say! Staff was nice too I like the gig they have here, restaurant was clean. I’d go again

We ordered for takeout and loved being able to customize every part like extra cheese or with sauce on the side or a bowl or burrito. They also list it w a sticker so you can verify. Ingredients were fresh and they made my bowl just right. If you get the app you earn points which can add up nicely for free chips w guacamole for example. The only thing I really did not like? They added way too much salt to the chips. I had to dust off each chip full of salt. Next time I will add a note to give me a batch with no salt and I would rather put my own salt to taste bc the chips already come made with salt in the recipe before it’s deep fried.

I had a great experience at QDOBA! I stopped in to get chips and salsa, and everything was excellent. The chips were fresh and the salsa tasted great. Jocelyn at the cashier was very friendly and provided great customer service. The tables were also very clean, which made the visit even better. Overall, it was a quick and pleasant experience — I’ll definitely be back soon 🙂

I love eating a Qdoba. I would say it’s 10 times better than chipotle because it has 10 times more options. I wish there were more Qdoba in the Chicagoland area. I love the quality of the food. It taste great I don’t think the meat is cooked at the store I think it’s shipped from someplace which is unfortunate because Chipotle cooks it at the store which I preferbut this is nestled right in Chicago very busy area when I went. It was not busy at all.

I stopped by QDOBA Mexican Eats when I needed something quick but still filling, and it did exactly what I expected. The line moved fast, the staff were efficient, and you get that build-your-own control over everything, which I always appreciate. I went with a burrito bowl loaded with grilled chicken, fajita veggies, and their queso, which honestly makes the whole thing better. The flavors are bold without being overwhelming, and the portions are solid for the price. It’s not authentic street tacos or anything fancy, but it’s dependable comfort food that hits when you’re hungry and short on time. The vibe is casual and a little noisy, mostly people grabbing lunch between work breaks, but that’s part of the charm.

I wanted to leave a review because of the great experience I had today 7/24/25. When I speak It can be frustrating to others due to my stuttering. It takes me longer to let people know what I want. The staff were so respectful and kind. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I often feel embarrassed ordering because I hear staff laughing. At Qdoba I felt welcomed, I felt seen, I felt heard. Thank you for being so patient with me. By the way My food was so delicious and I can’t wait to come back to this location.

The Mexican employees are cold and a little rude. The young Mexican guy doesn’t know how to provide hospitality or service with a genuine wholesome smile.
They said they have a minimum on how much you can make a purchase on a gift card.
If there’s no minimum purchase for the entire restaurant then there should be no minimum purchase for a gift card also.
He asked the other Spanish older Mexican employee and she said yeah there’s a minimum of $10 dollars.
This location must think they’re exclusive because I visited other locations for gift card purchases and there is no minimum.
I think these employees need to be reprimanded for how they handled it and re-educated and had a communicate eloquently.
