My husband wanted to try Qdoba. He had this food 6 years ago. We aren’t very used to Mexican cuisine. When we entered, the place was busy. The lady at the counter for rushing us. She didn’t had the patience to help us with the options. Within 30 seconds she told us to look at the board and tell her the add ons. We will not be returning to this place again. We were not very satisfied with the service after paying $25 for two.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no problem with parking. Very easy to get to as Maps app was confusing but the staff walked me through the instructions on how to get there. Portions were very generous.

There are many who are loyal Chipotle lovers, and that’s great. How would you like queso and guacamole on your burrito or bowl…for no extra charge? The selection is similar, but the quality of the ingredients is better and a bit more extensive than Chipotle. I still do like Chipotle, but I think this place has won my business when I’m in the area.

Young guy there does not know how to roll a good burrito or how to portion anything. Almost got like 5 pieces of tiny chicken chunks until I told him add more. Good grief.food was also not very good / fresh. Will probably not come back & I thought you guys were better than chipotle….wow I have to come back and edit this cause now my chicken was undercooked halfway through my burrito ! Nice I’m probably going to be sick now

Ordered a burrito. As clearly shown on the ticket. Got a bowl instead. Called back just to get my order right and seems to be mass confusion on how to handle this simple situation. I’ve worked in fast food and I can say from experience, it shouldn’t be that hard to accommodate someone if an order is wrong.
