I know some people who work there, and they aren’t bad people, but the service and food here need to up their game. These guys are basically a knock off chipotle since they give you 1/4 of a scoop of protein that cost like $10. I love the taste of the food. But the cleanliness, the money:portion ratio, and especially online orders oh my lord, these 3 things and more will be the inevitable downfall of this restaurant. If you go, go in person and maybe you’ll get lucky with someone who respects the quality of service. But I’m guessing with the staff that made my most recent order… this will not happen. Might sound harsh but if you choose to work in the service industry don’t be a fool. Be honorable.

1/3/25 – we have been loyal to this Qdoba location through the good times and the bad. Today wasn’t just good, it was great. From the guac to the burrito to the brownie the only thing better than this batch of food was the exceptional customer service. Teamwork, amazing communication, thoughtful staff…new management is killing it. Job well done team. Please keep it up!

The employees are sweet and always make sure there is a decent amount of food in the bowls they make. If you get the manager, it’s not worth it. Just walk away, you’re about to get hazed by how little she’s willing to put in the bowl.
One time, they were out of onions, so she just splashed onion water in the bowl. Here’s a picture of a bowl made by an employee vs the manager. Crazy work putting 6 pieces of steak on a scoop of rice for $11.

This place needs to be shut down or management replaced. First of all, my husband went to grab food to go and was there for about a half hour waiting for food. They were out of steak, chicken, white rice and we all really don’t like their other rice. The kids move like molasses, tried skimping us on the protein and my husband had to keep asking for more. We have eaten here for YEARS AND YEARS and the amount of food they were trying to give us was a minimal amount. I don’t care if they are “just 16 year olds” if they don’t run the place right, that is on the manager’s head and he is running it poorly.
So we get home to eat and they didn’t put queso on my burrito like asked. My daughter couldn’t eat her kids quesadilla because as hopefully the picture show, the pork was jerky and see through. Might have been sitting for way too long. My daughter also wanted a cheese encrusted quesadilla and it clearly was not cheese encrusted.
This is actually the third strike. We kept saying that we will never eat her again but went back after awhile to try and see if they improved these same problems that we had today. Well, three strikes your out.

Most creepy Qdoba experience I have ever had. First, the front door was locked even though the open sign was on. You had to go through a side door that was not marked and proped open by the lock. When I went in, there was no one there to greet me and the restaurant was empty even though it had been open for over an hour. I waited almost 5 minutes before someone showed up from the back room. The lady seemed nice but they really skimmed on there portions and the guacamole was brown and old. It made me question how long the food had been sitting out. After she made my burrito it tasted fine, but the whole experience made me feel a little uneasy.

Whew, where to start. Include Cuttery on all order sheets, but not even napkins included. Order 1 gal sweet tea, received 18oz gold peak peach tea. – food well, maybe, but not what is on receipt. I ate 1 taco and gave up.

Went in today for lunch and I have noticed a huge change in the atmosphere, customer service and food quality. I asked one of the ladies about it and she said they have a new general manager which was very much needed I used to eat here all the time but stopped because of the quality. Now I’ll be back for my favorite burrito bowl!

Absolutely terrible experience. Our $150 catering order was completely wrong, and it took over 2 hours to get the missing food—which was still incorrect. When we called, the manager Kristin told us, “What do you expect from 16-year-olds?” and offered to cancel the order instead of fixing it. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not recommend for events or large orders.

I love Qdoba, Almost everything I have ordered has been great. The only issue I have experienced is chips that were stale for their nachos,and inconsistent portion sizes. Other then those small inconveniences, they’ve been a great place to eat. Friendly staff, and fast service.
