Generally love their burrito, went in on lunch to buy 1 and they had forgot to turn on the cooker. Waited 10 minutes for all 6 workers to just look at me. Finally just left to go get a burrito at panchero was in and out of there in 1 minute. Very poor service at qdoba.

Big fan of Qdoba can say without a doubt this is the worst one I’ve ever been too the staff is very inconsiderate in how they handle your order and present your meal, the kitchen looks like a dump and it’s just a very overall carelessly run establishment went 4 times and left disappointed 4 times

I don’t know what it is about this place it’s either fantastic or terrible there is no in between if you do come here don’t come early or anytime before 3 the service isn’t great during the day everyone just seems annoyed at your presence when I come in later at night the service is much the people are generally nice n a much better mood and will be joking with you and making the experience much better and the food seems fresher and not as stale the beans are nearly always under cooked and crunchy and so is the rice the chicken is hit or miss either burnt or pale looking like it’s been sitting all day food quality is generally much better later at night when I come in props to the night crew but some of the people during the day need to try harder

Really wish they would change hours to 9am -10pm throughout the week instead of 10:30- 10, I really love Qdoba but I work early mornings and never ever get a chance to go and enjoy it, the pregnancy cravings be killin me. But just a suggestion ☺️

Beans are always hard, most likely undercooked. Chicken was burnt(i didnt even think they made the chicken in house tbh) and the rice was dry from sitting out. Terrible. Last time I eat there unless something is done about food quality. Been there 3 times over the past 2 months and each time it seems to get worse.

It’s QDOBA, nothing much to write home about, except we were here on a very cold January day here in Bismarck, ND and it was like they were against turning up the heat. The dining room was cold temperature wise.
