Ordered here on Monday and got a quesadilla. Went there around 1:00 pm and the food I received felt like it was cooked at 5 am in the morning. The ground beef lacked flavor and my food was lukewarm. About halfway through my quesadilla I looked down at my plate and saw a black piece of char sitting in my food. I picked it up and it crumbled as soon as I touched it. Not sure what it was but the cooks/line workers need to do a better job at preparing the food that customers are going to eat. Overall I think this location used to be better in the summer but as of recent the workers during the day have been subpar at best. Not sure if I will return but if I do it definitely won’t be during the day. This locations is hit or miss.

No other customers were present, staff were nice but having personal conversations talking about others while preparing our food. It wasn’t busy but yet certain sodas were completely out of syrup? Staff didn’t seem too concerned when we pointed out the soda. Otherwise, the food is always amazing.

Absolutely awful service by Marissa zero customer service. She seems like she does not want to be working. I’ve been coming here since I lived in Fargo and every time I’ve ordered a burrito I’ve asked for it to be grilled and every time they have done it. Except for today Marissa the lady who helped us didn’t want to grill our burritos which I wasn’t going to argue with her about, We got bowls instead. she was just completely rude with zero skills and zero customer service. I was disappointed in her behavior because I love coming here she just made it an awful experience today.

Honestly- my husband loves all the options that could have made a good meal here. It was his first time coming in- I’ve never seen him so upset. The staff was condescending about the process, didn’t explain the options and let people crowd past him as they weren’t inviting.

I had the smothered burrito with brisket. The food was good and the staff was fast and professional. Pretty busy for lunch but the wait wasn’t bad. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick meal that doesn’t feel like fast food.

Should probably give out good customer service if you are going to request 5 stars. Waited for 4 mins in front to order while no one acknowledged me while they were putting food out. 3 people and not one welcomed me as I was the only one in line. The African girl with long braids was intentionally being rude and kept turning her back to me as I was paying. So I stood there waiting for her to hand me my food that was already prepared. She forgot the guacamole. The guy put it in a container right away and she turned around and started doing something else even though she saw him do that. So I had to wait again. Only for her to rudely toss it in the bag like I was inconveniencing her. Very condescending.
