Great food, good portions and very nice and helpful staff. my only complaint is that they consistently forget my side sauces in my pickup orders. I’ve been good with reminding them but today i saw it being made and the s.o.s as well so when it was handed to me i assumed it was in there and it was not. very small but something to pay attention to, otherwise great location. i’m a happy new customer

This was my second time eating at this Qdoba location. The food is hot and good. I have only had the tacos so I cannot comment on the other items. However, their soda machine is down quite a bit. The staff is very friendly and kind. They always have a smile on their face. The restaurant is also clean and has plenty of seating.

This is a great location. The team member almost always working (possibly the manager) is always extremely friendly, provides great service, and makes a great bowl! Today he was the only one preparing orders during a busy time and managed it like a champ!

My go to location for my yummy burrito bowl and my sons favorite tacos (and he is a ridiculously picky kid when it come to tacos). Way better than the place the starts with a “C”. Staff is always super friendly. I’m greeted every time I walk in if they are not all busy with customers. Dinning area has always been clean. Prices are perfect for the portions you get.

First time going to this Cordova the customer service was good. People was nice and friendly, but the food was terrible bland no taste we came there got two bowls and two burritos. We barely ate it and what I did eat. I had to put salt on they forgot to give me all my side items so I pretty much ate a Dried bowl then later on tonight I’m thinking of burrito was gonna be better. It wasn’t the rice was so dry and no flavor meat no flavor. It just was a bland burrito.

I frequent this Qdoba location numerous times a week. Occasionally the chicken will be a little cold when not going during peak times, however overall I have no complaints about this location. This is a great QDoba that is consistent and tasty. The staff is nice and welcoming as well.

The Burrreeeeets was bland and unseasoned. I was hoping to get knocked down with that savory but spiced right carintas carne asada or chicken. But the beans were the kicker idk if they got a over seasoned bag. Or if they season them by itself but the pintos smoothedly pasted into my half/half with sour cream and hot sauce. Idk maybe they need to offer Puerto Rican red rice with the spice. Or tamatoe Spanish rice. Something to bring up the level the menu is basic and never changed.

This used to be my favorite fast food Mexican. We get take out from here every Tuesday. It’s too bad that the service is terrible and it’s one girl in particular. She has screwed up my order the last 3x. Didn’t give me items I paid for or gave small portions. She is rude and argues with you and won’t admit her mistakes either. She blames it on the customer. Show some humility!

Completely unacceptable. I online ordered a cheese crusted quesadilla which is warm btw and when I got home I saw I received a cold plain burrito with no sauce. It was not a variation of what I asked for, it was an entirely different item. There is no excuse for that kind of mistake. Either the staff is careless or they just do not care. Total waste of money and time. I will not be coming back.
