Ordered birria nachos and this is what I got. No birria, and an undifferentiated mess of slop with barely anything at all. I will never order from them again. They’ve been very disappointing for years now.

I love this Mexican grill. It’s always very tasty and fast. The staff are very talkative and polite. Every time you come in, they treat you warmly and are very attentive. If you ask something, they explain and help you. I really like this place.
The only downside I’ve noticed recently is that there seems to be an issue with the chicken — it’s always overcooked. Because of that, I don’t order the chicken anymore and choose something else.

We always have such a pleasant experience at Qdoba! Aplausos a Emmanuel, very professional and friendly, and always makes us feel welcome. The service is smooth, and everything is handled with care. I have been ordering, multiple times a week at times, and kept returning. However, the last multiple times have been an issue and it comes down to one employee. There’s a shorter woman who has messed up our food the last 3x. Today, she was observed swearing at staff in front of customers and knowingly messing up our food and said “oops, oh well.” We will not be returning as long as she is there. Mess up once, forgivable. Mess up three times and swear at others in front of customers, we won’t return.

So delicious!! I’m a first-timer who has always loved Chipotle, but I have to say Qdoba takes the cake for the best. I love the variety of toppings they have! Every ingredient has great flavor that is bold and delicious. I will be back! Already have been here twice in the span of 3 days.

I think these photos should speak for themselves. I have never been to a more filthy Qdoba or food establishment for that matter. Upon showing up the restaurant the garbage was overflowing. As we ordered our food the process was very rushed. The change machine didn’t work to give correct change when paying (also there was a handwritten sign on the door stating “cash only”). The soda machine maybe had 4 options. Not one single table was clean to sit at, meanwhile, the staff (4 people) were all standing around chatting. They also proceeded to all sit at a table and eat food that was sitting there when we walked in. If you’re advertising 17/hour wage then your employees should be cleaning the restaurant during down time, ESPECIALLY the restrooms. Both the men’s and women’s restrooms were filthy and smelly. Garbages overflowing, toilet paper dispenser broken, a random water pale? Honestly just unbelievable. I wish I would have seen the restroom before ordering my food, if I had, we would NOT have eaten here. Hopeful for no food poisoning. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, respectfully.

I ordered for delivery and it took quite a long time nearly an hour and half, everything was cold by the time it arrived. There was no good way to contact for help or request a cancelation either. The food was all made okay, but the wait was not worth it for cold food.

Brisket Barria bowl…I was starving and dug right in…almost forgot to take a pic. Chips were good for dipping, wish they were a little salty . Long line, will order online next visit. Cashier washes hands and changes gloves between every customer time consuming but sanitary! I enjoyed the food.
