Fresh. Very Flavorful. All made by a sole Korean gentlemen, who took over the place when the original folks who ran it retired. I must say the tradition is being carried on very well. We went Beef Bulgogi, and I was very glad to get a more traditional version (that wasn’t too sweet), rather than some Americanized ones from other Korean places in our area. Ban Chan was a winner, with perfect portions to not have to ask for more. Huge Kimbap, as well, which we wound up taking half home. The pan-fried Mandu was not as lucky, because they were all greedily devoured at the table. Our waitress was very nice–not Korean–but knew the menu very well. We were the first people in there when they opened, and by the time we were done every table was taken…

This place is a must try! We came here for dinner and the food was delicious! All the sides were delicious and there were so many of them! Definitely a hidden gem in Spokane for traditional Korean food.

I’m not from Spokane and whenever I pass through I make it an intention to visit this place. Hands down a fantastic place for Korean food. The Korean food is flavorful and the vibe reminds you of a grandmothers kitchen. As with most Korean meals it comes with banchan (side dishes) which are delicious.
This time I had the pleasure of being served by the owner (I’m guessing), he was very kind and made me feel extremely welcome. I will come back and I highly recommend this place.

Incredible and authentic! Got take out and the owners are wonderful. Got an assortment of food including the mandu, kimchi pancake and fried rice, and the bulgogi. Portions are huge and even th kids loved it. Cozy mom and pop vibes. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great time here. The chef is amazing. He modified a traditional beef dish to a non-beef one. He chatted with us to find my son’s preferences. Thank you so much for your exceptional service and food!

The food is amazing, there’s a wide range of side dishes, guaranteeing something for everyone. I recommend trying the Korean hot tea, it’s a good tea, but it has an unusual smell (acquired taste thing). The atmosphere is cozy. The only thing I disliked is the wait time, this restaurant is very busy and wait times are long (I waited over 30 minutes).

I like the banchan, but the bulgogi and yakisoba we ordered are way tooo salty. It is like they mistakenly added too much dark soy sauce. Would like to give five star if it is not that salty.
