Ended up getting some food delivered and I did not expect this not even half a bag of chips with that guacamole plus the way they wrappedmy burrito….Now I see why reviews for this place are so crappy never ever ordering from here again sooo disgusting. You definitely lost a customer.

I wanted to highlight the exceptional hospitality I and my partner received from Serenity. She greeted us warmly at the door and made us feel welcome. She also made one of the best burritos not just from Qdoba but I’ve ever had. She turned what was an ordinary casual experience at Qdoba into an elevated one. She deserves that recognition and thank you.

Went to go in for some lunch and this location has terrible customer service. Didn’t even get to order my food the service was so bad. It was very unwelcoming, no hello or anything of the sort, there were two people , and one lady was taking an order that was in front of me and the second girl was standing by a bag of chips not doing anything, and before hand the Second girl was just walking around talking with the girl taking the order. No communication “ hey I’ll be with you in a second” the second girl was just doing practically nothing with a bag of chips instead of starting my order , it was genuinely from start to finish all bad customer service … I was more than happy to take my money elsewhere. I don’t even want to eat at a place like that. So no I don’t recommend this location to anyone reading this.

The steak was a little over cooked for my liking and how do you not have sour cream at all at the beginning of the day. You just opened and I was the very first person in the restaurant and had my food made first there was no other orders being made. The internet and grub hub says that you open at 10:30am but the sign on the door says you open at 11:00am one of of those needs to change either the hours on the internet or the hours on the door to coincide with the other.

Apparently at Qdoba Mexican Eats you now need to bring a physical child with you to order a kids meal… even if it’s a takeout order.
Because clearly there is no possible scenario where someone might be bringing food home to a child.
Needless to say, I left without ordering. Very strange policy and not a great customer experience.

My first visit to this Qdoba and it was excellent! The server behind the counter was friendly and efficient. I had the three taco option and they were stuffed and delicious. Other things: super clean bathroom!!! And the restaurant space was clean, bright and enjoyable to sit in. Conveniently located just a block from the bus stop.

I ordered a burrito from them late night and it was the worst burrito I’ve ever received in my life literally. I had a burrito with extra steak, rice, beans, and guacamole but when I got it there was no steak or rice just guacamole and beans. Not to mention the poor packaging looked like it was just thrown together without a care in the world, wasn’t even wrapped correctly and was just stuffed in the bag. Completely horrible I would’ve been more satisfied if they would’ve just canceled the order.

I had food delivered and ordered adobo chicken soup. The delivery was fine but there was no liquid in my soup bowl. It was sort of like a burrito bowl, just slightly wetter, When I called they said sorry but the liquid must have absorbed into the rice and I told the manager that there must have only been about 2 oz. of liquid to begin with. In the photo I included there is liquid coating the tortilla. It never covered the contents completely, as evidenced by the totally dry tortilla strips. Got a refund, not going to order delivery again. And to be fair, the “soup” still tasted good, I just wanted actual soup.
