Wissmar at Qdoba delivered some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He was welcoming, patient, and paid attention to every detail of my order. You can tell he actually cares — not just about getting the line moving, but about making sure customers leave satisfied.
The food was made perfectly, portions were generous, and his attitude made the whole experience better. Employees like Wissmar are the reason people come back. Outstanding service all around.

Jason took great care of us, great attitude and great customer service he was absolutely amazing and I’d come back just for him alone. He made my food with care and cracked a few jokes with us. I don’t know if it was a one-time thing. But no one there seemed to care about their job and when you said things like half scoop they weren’t listening and they added tortilla strips to my burrito that I didn’t say. But at this time I could tell that they weren’t listening and didn’t really care. So I just continued to order paid and left. Have not yet eaten to see how the food quality was, but I’m sure it’ll be just as decent as every other chain Qdoba. Just to know it was service. Hopefully if I try it again here it’ll be better.

Food is always hot and tasty and doesn’t feel or taste like fast food. It was a very good meal! A great value too.
Customer service is great with extremely nice managers and staff. The restaurant was easy to locate, was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.
Food is fairly priced.

Update: Amazing bowls today. They were fresh, the portions were plentiful, and service was great.
This location is usually great. Normally the portions are so large I can barely finish it. Today 3 burritos were tiny, missing ingredients, and folded improperly. I couldn’t bite through a couple parts because there were too many layers of tortilla.
For $10 a burrito I expect the correct portions and to have it properly folded.

The food was amazing, as always. Nothing beats the Spicy Sweet Chicken Bowl. I ordered ahead and when I got there the staff did not address me and I thought they were still making the dish. I stood for 10 minutes before someone asked if they could help me. They went to get my meal when I said I was waiting for an online order. Bad customer service experience.

My 14yr old daughter and I love this Qdoba location. We enjoy the nice and friendly employees! The atmosphere is stress free and laid back. The two of us like sitting inside relaxing; while enjoying our delicious food. We enjoy the fact that I can have my food my way and she can order her’s the way she loves. I love the Coke from the old school fountain from here. It’s always mixed perfectly! I like that you can go gluten free, vegetarian and no cheese options.
